Claims (3)
- 실린더 본체의 내부에 피스톤이 삽입되고, 상기 피스톤의 중앙에 형성된 삽입공에는 피스톤 로드가 유동 가능하게 삽입되며, 피스톤 로드의 상측부에는 피스톤 누름부재가 위치 조절 가능하게 결합되어 상기 피스톤과 피스톤 누름부재 사이의 스트로크를 조절할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 쿠션실린더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 실린더 본체의 하부 실링플레이트에는 유통공이 형성되어 이 유통공에 유압관의 일단부가 연결되고 유압관의 타단부에는 에어 하이드로 컨버터가 연결되며, 유압관의 중간부에는 속도조절밸브와 체크밸브가 병열로 연결되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 쿠션실린더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 로드의 상측부의 외주면과 상기 피스톤 누름부재의 내주면에 나사를 형성하여 상기 피스톤 누름부재를 상기 피스톤 로드의 상측부에 나사 결합하며, 상기 피스톤 누름부재의 상측부에 스프링 와셔를 개재하고 잠금 너트로 체결하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 쿠션실린더.
