본 고안은 지압효과를 나타내고 원적외선을 발산하여 건강증진에 탁월한 효과가 있는 베갯속에 관한 것으로 천연의 누에고치(1)를 절단하여 번데기를 제거하고 수세한 다음 식초와 중성세제의 혼합용액으로 세척하여 고온 건조로에서 급속건조시킴으로써 단단하여진 누에고치(1)를 고오즈(gauze)와 같은 천(2)으로 포장한 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to a pillowcase which exhibits acupressure effect and radiates far infrared rays and has an excellent effect on health promotion. 본 고안은 침구류에 속하는 베갯속에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 인간이 취침이나 휴식시에 사용하는 베개의 충진물을 개선함으로써 건강증진에 도움이 되는 베갯속을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 일반적으로 베갯속은 면으로된 솜을 사용하거나 가공된 스티로폼(styroform) 을 사용하는 경우가 대부분이나 면으로 된 솜의 경우에는 솜이 압축되어 머리가 베개에 파묻히게 되므로 통풍이 잘 되지 않기 때문에 잠을 잔 후에도 머리가 맑아지지 않으며, 스티로폼의 경우 바이오세라믹등을 첨가한 원적외선 가공을 하여 인체의 건강을 도모하고 있으나 이 역시 베개를 베고누우면 스티로폼이 압축되어 머리가 베개에 파묻히고 통기가 잘 되지 않으며 특히 스티로폼이 흡습성이 낮아 땀을 흡수하지 못하기 때문에 땀을 흘리고 잠을 자고 나면 목과 머리가 끈적끈적하고 찌부듯한 느낌이 남아 있으며 숙면을 취하기 어려운 단점이 있었다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 근래에는 양모에 바이오세라믹등을 첨가하여 가공 제조한 양모솜 베개가 개발되어 있으나 이 역시 솜이 압축되어 머리가 베개에 파묻히게 되는 것을 배제할 수 없으며 장기간 사용시 털이 베갯잇 밖으로 빠지는 경우도 있다.The present invention relates to a pillowcase belonging to the bedding, and more particularly, to provide a pillowcase to help promote health by improving the filling of the pillow used at bedtime or rest. 본 고안은 상기한 바와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 이루어진 것으로 본 고안의 목적은 베개를 베고 누울때 머리가 베개에 파묻히지 않고 별도의 바이오 세라믹을 가하지 않아도 원적외선을 발산하여, 피로한 머리와 목에 지압효과를 발휘함으로써 숙면을 취할 수 있어 건강증진에 탁월한 요과를 갖는 베갯속을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 본 고인의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안자는 수많은 연구과 실험을 거쳐 본 고안을 완성하기에 이르렀다. 본 고안자는 천연 누에고치가 인체에 유익한 원적외선을 발산한다는 사실을 알고 이를 활용하고자 연구한 결과 목적의 베갯속을 고안하였다. 즉 누에고치를 절단하여 번데기를 제거하고 살균 세척하여 건조한 것을 특징으로하는 베갯속을 개발하였다.The present invention was made to solve the problems described above, and the object of the present invention is to lie on the pillow when the head is not buried in the pillow and emits far infrared rays without adding a separate bio-ceramic, fatigue effect on the tired head and neck It is aimed at providing a pillowcase with excellent urinalysis for health promotion by taking a good night's sleep. 첨부된 도면은 본 고안의 이해를 돕기위한 일예를 보인 예시도이다. 본 고안의 베갯속을 도4에 도시된 바와 같은 공정 즉 특수가공된 누에고치를 고오즈 (gauze)등과 같은 천으로 포장하여 베갯잇 속에 넣어 사용하는 것으로 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 천연의 누에고치(1)를 절단하여 번데게를 제거하고 수세한다음 이를 식초와 중성세제를 60:40 내지 80:20의 비율로 혼합한 혼합용액으로 세척하고 이를 200℃∼220℃의 고열건조로에서 80∼100분간에 급속건조시켜서 고오즈 (gauze)와 같은 천(2)으로 포장한 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기에서 식초와 중성세제의 혼합물로 세척하는 것은 견섬유에 있는 세리신을 정착시키며 이물질을 제거하고 누에고치에 남아있는 세균과 미충을 멸절함으로써 번데기 냄새나 세리신에 따른 단백질의 냄새를 제거하기 위한 것이다. 만일 이러한 이물질, 균, 미충이 남아있으면 냄새로 인하여 수면장애를 일으키고 건강에 나쁜영향을 끼치게 된다.The accompanying drawings are illustrative examples showing one example for helping understanding of the present invention.
