본 발명은 침구류에 속하는 베갯속 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 인간이 취침이나 휴식시에 사용하는 베개의 충진물을 개선함으로써 건강증진에 도움이 되는 양호한 베갯속을 제공하며 그것을 제조하기위한 방법에 관한 것이다. 일반적으로 베갯속은 면으로된 솜을 사용하거나 가공된 스티로폼(styroform)을 사용하는 경우가 대부분이나 면으로 된 솜의 경우에는 솜에 압축되어 머리가 베개에 파묻히게되므로 통풍이 잘 되지 않기 때문에 잠을 잔 후에도 머리가 맑아지지않으며 스티로폼의 경우 바이오 세라믹등을 첨가한 원적외선 가공을 하여 인체의 건강을 도모하고 있으나 이 역시 베개를 베고 누우면 스티로폼이 압축되어 머리가 베개에 파묻이고 통기가 잘 되지 않으며 특히 스티로폼이 흡습성이 낮아 땀을 흡수하지 못하기 때문에 땀을 흘리고 잠을 자고나면 찌부듯한 느낌이 남아 있으며 숙면을 취하기 어려운 단점이 있었다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 근래에는 양모에 바이오세라믹등을 첨가하여 가공제조한 양모솜 베개가 개발되어 있으나 이 역시 솜이 압축되어 머리가 베개에 파묻히게 되는 것을 배제할 수 없으며, 장기간 사용시 털이 베갯잇밖으로 빠지는 경우도 있었다.The present invention relates to a pillowcase belonging to the bedding and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to provide a good pillowcase to help promote health by improving the filling of the pillow used by humans at bedtime or rest, and a method for manufacturing the same.
