Claims (3)
- 교류전압을 수전하여 그 교류전압을 직류전압으로 변환하는 콘버터와, 그 직류전압을 수전하여 교류전압으로 변환하는 인버터와를 구비하고, 상기 콘버터는 상기 인버터의 운전상태에 따라 상기 직류전압을 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력변환장치.
- 교류전압을 수전하는 수전단과, 그 수전한 교류전압을 통류 및 차단하는 스위칭소자와, 그 스위칭소자와 병렬로 설치된 환류전류를 유통하는 환류통류소자와, 상기 스위칭소자 또는 환류통류소자에 의해 교류전압에서 변환된 직류전압을 수전함과 동시에 그 수전한 직류전압을 교류전압으로 변환하는 인버터와를 구비하며, 상기 스위칭소자는 상기 인버터의 교류전압이 소정전압 이하일 때, 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력변환장치.
- 교류전압을 수전하는 수전단과, 그 수전한 교류전압을 통류 및 차단하는 스위칭소자와, 그 스위칭소자와 병렬로 설치되어 환류전류를 통류하는 사이리스터와, 상기 스위칭소자 또는 사이리스터에 의해 교류전압에서 변환된 직류전압을 수전함과 동시에 수전한 직류전압을 교류전압으로 변환하는 인버터와를 구비하고, 상기인버터의 출력전류가 소정전류 이하일 때, 상기 스위칭소자가 차단됨과 동시에 상기 직류전압이 상기 사이리스터에 의해 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력변환장치.
