Claims (18)
- 식료품 성분으로서 미비누화 분획중에 농축된 팜유, 옥수수 배아유, 해바라기유 및 카놀라유로부터 선택된 천연 식물성유로서, 이러한 오일의 미비누화 분획의 함량이 3∼15% m/m인 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 천연 식물성유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미비누화 분획은 토코페롤 0.3∼2.5% 및 피토스테롤 1.3∼8%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 천연 식물성유.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 미비누화 분획 및 농축된 식물성유는- 스테롤, 트리터펜 알콜 및 메틸스테롤 0.2∼10 중량%,- 완전 토코페롤 및 완전 토코트리에놀 0.1∼2 중량%,- 스쿠알렌 0.1∼7 중량%,- 카로텐 0.1∼1 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 천연 식물성유.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 미비누화물의 함량은 4.5∼5.5 중량%이고, 여기서, 토코트리에놀 1∼2 중량%, 토코페롤 0.4∼0.6 중량%, 카로텐 0.1∼0.3 중량% 및 피토스테롤 1∼4 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 천연 식물성유.
- 미비누화물의 함량은 9∼11 중량%이고, 여기서 피토스테롤은 6∼8 중량%이고, 토코페롤은 1∼3 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 식료품 성분으로서 미비누화물 중에 농축된 옥수수 배아유.
- 미비누화물의 함량은 6∼8 중량%이고, 여기서 피토스테롤은 4∼7 중량%이고, 토코페롤은 0.5∼1.5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 식료품 성분으로서 미비누화물 중에 농축된 해바라기유.
- 미비누화물의 함량은 8∼10 중량%이고, 여기서 피토스테롤은 6∼8 중량%이고, 토코페롤은 0.5∼1.5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 식료품 성분으로서 미비누화물 중에 농축된 카놀라유.
- 200℃∼280℃의 온도 및 10-3∼10-2mmHg의 압력의 조건하에서 식물성유의 분자 증류 단계 1 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 식물성유의 제조 방법.
- 단일불포화 및 다중불포화 필수 지방산의 공급 및 칼로리 공급량의 감소를 위한, 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 농축 천연 식물성유의 용도.
- 피부 상태의 개선, 자유 라디칼의 포착에 의한 광면역억제, 광노화 및 피부 노화를 예방하기 위한 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 농축 천연 식물성유의 용도.
- 항염증제, 저콜레스테롤혈증제, 암과 심혈관 질환의 예방을 위한 제제, 노인에 대한 면역 반응 자극제, 백내장 위험성을 감소시키는 제제 또는 자율신경 질환의 진행을 지연시키는 제제로서 작용하도록 하는 식료품 성분의 제조를 위한 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 농축 천연 식물성유의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에서 정의된 바와 같은 농축 천연 식물성유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조 식료품 또는 식료품 조성물에 함유된 식료품 성분.
- 제12항에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에서 정의된 미비누화물 중에 농축된 천연 식물성 오일 0.5∼20 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 식료품 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에서 정의된 미비누화물 중에 농축된 천연 식물성 오일 10∼100 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 보조 식료품.
- 피부 상태의 개선, 자유 라디칼의 포착에 의한 광면역억제, 광노화 및 피부 노화를 예방하기 위한 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 식료품 조성물 또는 보조 식료품의 용도.
- 저콜레스테롤혈증제, 암과 심혈관 질환의 예방을 위한 제제, 노인에 대한 면역 반응 자극제, 백내장 위험성을 감소시키는 제제 또는 자율신경 질환의 진행을 지연시키는 제제로서 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 식료품 조성물 또는 보조 식료품의 용도.
- 단일불포화 및 다중불포화 필수 지방산의 공급 및 칼로리 공급량의 감소를 위한, 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 식료품 조성물 또는 보조 식료품의 용도.
- 피부 상태의 개선, 자유 라디칼의 포착에 의한 광면역억제, 광노화 및 피부 노화를 방지하기 위한 경구에 의한 화장 처리 방법으로서, 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 농축 천연 식물성유의 섭취를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 화장 처리 방법.
