Claims (5)
- 열교환매체가 그 내부를 따라 순환하는 다수개의 유동로가 형성된 튜브와, 상기 튜브사이에 설치되어 방열면적을 넓히는 방열휜과, 상기 튜브에 결합되어 상기 열교환매체가 연통되는 통로를 가지는 탱크부를 구비하는 열교환기에 있어서,상기 유동로 사이에 형성되는 웨브의 두께에 대한 튜브의 폭방향에 해당되는 유동로 가장자리로 형성되는 벽의 두께비가 1 내지 1.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 튜브의 폭이 7 내지 16 밀리미터일 경우에는 상기 웨브의 두께는 0.2 내지 0.4 밀리미터 정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1또는제2항에 있어서,동일한 개수의 유동로를 가지는 경우에는 파괴압력에 대한 내구성을 증가시키기 위하여 튜브의 폭을 상대적으로 감소시키도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1또는제2항에 있어서,동일한 폭을 가지는 튜브의 경우에는 유로면적을 확대하기 위하여 유동로의 개수를 상대적으로 증가시키도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1또는제2항에 있어서,동일한 두께의 웨브를 가지는 경우에는 파괴압력에 대한 내구성을 증가시키기 위하여 유동로의 개수를 상대적으로 증가시키도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
