Abstract

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing a kelp extract as an essential component and an excipient generally used as an auxiliary agents for cosmetic is provided which has excellent slimming effects. A number of cosmetic preparations that are used to thin specific parts of the human body are already on the market. Test Example 1

Skin irritation experiment

The cosmetic cream and commercially available sunscreen prepared in Example 1 were subjected to a skin patch test on 20 test subjects, and skin irritation was tested.
