Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an external preparation for the skin free from side effects, preventing inflammation of the skin, containing an extract of sage or rosemary with a lower alcohol. The aimed substance is widely usable for preventing chapped skin, improving chapped skin, preventing sunburn of the skin, razor rash, rash by baby napkin and hot feeling after sun-burn of the skin.
