Claims (29)
- 절단 내성, 찢김 내성, 및 흡수성을 갖는 시트 재료로서,흡수성 재료 50 중량% 이상을 갖는 흡수성 기판; 및상기 흡수성 기판과 접촉하는 복수의 비 섬유 절단 내성 입자를 구비하며,상기 입자의 평균 크기는 약 100㎛ 이상이고,상기 흡수성 기판에는 실질적으로 무기 프리 충전제 미립자가 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트 재료.
- 절단 내성, 찢김 내성, 및 흡수성을 갖는 시트 재료로서,중량 50% 이상의 흡수성 재료 ; 및상기 흡수성 재료 전체에 걸쳐 분포되는 복수의 비 섬유 절단 내성 입자로 필수적으로 이루어지며,상기 입자의 평균 크기는 약 100㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 시트 재료.
- 절단 내성, 찢김 내성, 및 흡수성을 갖는 시트 재료로서,흡수성 기판; 및상기 흡수성 기판을 통해 분산된 절단 내성 입자를 구비하고,30kgf/cm 이상의 절단 내성, 0.2 이상의 흡수율, 및 100 회전당 약 400mg 미만의 습식 마멸 손실을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 입자량은 상기 시트 재료 약 50 중량% 로 될 때까지 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 시트 재료는 3000 ft2당 100 lb 이상의 기초 중량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트 재료.

- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 흡수성 기판에 부착된 액체 불침투성 지지 층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트 재료.

- 절단 내성, 찢김 내성, 및 흡수성을 갖는 시트 재료를 형성하는 방법으로서,흡수성 섬유, 비 섬유 중합체 입자, 및 물을 포함하며, 실질적으로 무기 프리 충전제 미립자가 없는 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;상기 혼합물을 시트 내에 형성하는 단계; 및상기 시트를 건조시키는 단계를 포함하고,상기 중합체 입자의 평균 크기는 약 100㎛ 내지 약 1000㎛ 이고,상기 흡수성 섬유량은 중량 50% 이상 제공되고,건조된 상기 시트의 기초 중량은 3000ft2당 100 lb 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
