Claims (15)
- -평면 물관 패널로 형성된 수직-연장 외부벽에 의해 수평 방향으로 구획되며, 상기 벽의 내측에는 적어도 부분적으로 내연 라이닝이 제공되고 적어도 하나의 수직 가스 보텍스가 설정되어 그 내에 가스 공간부를 구획하는 보텍스 챔버;-가스를 반응 챔버로부터 가스 공간부로 도입시키기 위한 적어도 하나의 입구;-상기 가스 공간부로부터 정제된 가스를 방출시키기 위한 적어도 하나의 출구; 및-가스 공간부로부터 분리된 고형 입자들을 방출시키기 위한 적어도 하나의 출구를 포함하여, 유동층 반응기의 반응 챔버로부터 배출된 가스로부터 고형 입자들을 분리시키기 위해 유동층 반응기에 부착되는 원심 분리기 조립체 있어서,보텍스 챔버의 수직-연장 외부벽들이 적어도 하나의 코너를 형성하며, 그 측면들간의 각이 90도를 초과하고, 그 코너는 외부벽들의 내측면상의 내연 라이닝에 의해 라운드가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리기 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보텍스 챔버의 수직-연장 외부벽들은 적어도 하나의 코너를 형성하며, 그 측면들간의 각은 약 110-150도 이며, 그 코너는 외부벽의 내측상에 내연 라이닝에 의해 라운드인 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리기 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가스 입구에 직면하는 수직-연장 외부벽이 가스 유입에 대략 수직으로 위치되며, 첫번째 충돌이후 가스 유동 방향에서 다음 코너가 외부벽의 내측상에 내연 라이닝에 의해 라운드가 되고 코너를 형성하는 외부벽들간의 각이 90도를 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리기 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보텍스 챔버의 수직-연장 외부벽들이 적어도 2개의 코너를 형성하며, 그 측면들간의 각이 90도를 초과하고, 그 코너들이 외부벽의 내측면상의 내연 라이닝에 의해 라운드가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리기 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보텍스 챔버의 외부벽들이 2개의 코너를 형성하며, 그중 하나는 라운딩의 곡률 반경이 r1이도록 외부벽의 내측면상에 내연 라이닝에 의해 라운드가 되며 다른것은 내측면상이 라운드가 아니거나 또는 그 라운딩의 곡률 반경이 r1과 다른도록 하는 방식으로 라운드가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리기 조립체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 보텍스 챔버의 모든 인접 수직-연장 외부벽간의 각들이 90도를 초과하며 인접 수직-연장 외부벽에 의해 형성된 각각의 코너가 외부벽의 내측면상에 내연 라이닝에 의해 라운드가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리기 조립체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 보텍스 챔버의 수직-연장 외부벽들은 대략 정팔각형을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리기 조립체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 외부벽들에 의해 형성된 각들은 약 108-135도인 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리기 조립체.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 외부벽들에 의해 형성된 각들은 약 135도인 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리기 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조립체는 공통 벽을 공유하는 2개 분리기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리기 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 분리기와 반응기는 공통 벽 섹션을 공유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리기 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 조립체는 2개 분리기를 포함하며 삼각형 자유 공간부가 상기 분리기사이에 남겨지며, 상기 공간부에는 반응기 지지 구조체 또는 공급 덕트 또는 계량 덕트가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리기 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 삼각형 자유 공간부가 분리기와 반응기 사이에 남겨지며, 상기 공간부에는 반응 챔버로부터 배출된 가스용 입구 덕트 또는 공급 덕트 또는 계량 덕트가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리기 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 분리기의 하부는 비대칭이며 반응 챔버 및 귀환 덕트와 통합된 유니트를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리기 조립체.
- -평면 물관 패널로 형성된 수직-연장 외부벽에 의해 수평 방향으로 구획되며, 상기 벽의 내측에는 적어도 부분적으로 내연 라이닝이 제공되고 적어도 하나의 수직 가스 보텍스가 설정되어 그 내에 가스 공간부를 구획하는 보텍스 챔버;-가스를 반응 챔버로부터 가스 공간부로 도입시키기 위한 적어도 하나의 입구;-상기 가스 공간부로부터 정제된 가스를 방출시키기 위한 적어도 하나의 출구; 및-가스 공간부로부터 분리된 고형 입자들을 방출시키기 위한 적어도 하나의 출구를 포함하는 원심 분리기 조립체에서 유동층 반응기의 반응 챔버로부터 배출된 가스로부터 고형 입자들을 분리시키는 방법에 있어서,배출된 가스가 보텍스 챔버에서 외부벽의 내측상에 내연 라이닝에 의해 라운드가 된 적어도 하나의 코너에 충돌하도록 이끌리게 되며, 그 코너의 수직-연장 외부벽들간의 각이 90도를 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
