Claims (6)
- 초음파 영상 형성 장치에서 사용되는 변환자 프로브에 있어서,다수의 변환자를 포함하는 2차원 배열 변환자와,상기 변환자들을 스위칭하기 위한 스위칭 소자들을 포함하는 변환자 프로브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 소자들이 상기 배열 변환자 중의 둘이상의 변환자들을 포함하는 변환자 그룹을 단락시키도록 제어하기 위한 스위칭 제어부를 더 포함하는 변환자 프로브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 제어부는 상기 스위칭 소자들이 소정의 집속점으로부터 실질적으로 동일한 거리에 있는 변환자들을 포함하는 변환자 그룹을 단락시키도록 제어하는 수단을 포함하는 변환자 프로브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배열 변환자의 적어도 일부와 상기 스위칭 소자의 적어도 일부가 하나의 IC에 집적되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변환자 프로브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 소자의 적어도 일부가 하나의 IC에 집적되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변환자 프로브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 제어부는, 집속점의 위치에 따라 단락되어야 하는 변환자들에 관한 정보를 저장하는 수단을 포함하는 변환자 프로브.
