Description

역광시 교통 신호 지시기를 쉽게 판단할 수 있는 보조 교통 신호 지시체계 장치 제작 및 그 운전 방법{Manufacture of assistance traffic signal indication system and its operation method for convenient judgement of traffic signal indicator at backlight}Manufacture of assistance traffic signal indication system and its operation method for convenient judgement of traffic signal indicator at backlight}

The present invention is intended to facilitate the identification of the traffic signal indicator, the operation of the vehicle is driven by the sensor mounted on the traffic signal indicator light reflection of the light reflected by the backlight because there is a risk of accidents that do not identify the traffic signal indicator by backlight The present invention relates to a method for easily identifying a traffic signal by protruding a sign attached to the traffic signal indicator.

Currently used traffic signal indicators are divided into red, yellow, and green, so it is not easy to distinguish the color of the traffic signal indicator due to the light reflection caused by the backlight of the sun. There is often a risk of accidents due to difficulty in distinguishing colors. In this case, if the color of the traffic signal indicator is incorrectly judged and crosses an intersection, there is a problem that cars and accidents from the other side are likely to occur.

In order to facilitate the identification of the traffic signal indicator, a black cylindrical shading shade is installed on the traffic signal indicator to block the backlight, but since the angle of light changes with time, it is necessary to block all angles using the shading shade. The problem is that it is difficult to discern pain signal indicators, especially when sunlight is backlit. In addition, there is a method to directly block the traffic signal indicators in the form of a sticker, which can block the backlight, but it may weaken the light of the traffic signal indicators at night. There is a problem that it is difficult to identify.

In addition, there is a method of distinguishing a traffic signal indicator by using a rectangular or triangular figure on the outer glass of the traffic signal indicator for identification of color blindness and color weakness, or by attaching a specific mark to the outer glass. .

An object of the present invention for solving the above problems is to equip the traffic signal indicator with a light sensor that can react according to the intensity or angle of light caused by backlighting to operate the sign attached to the back of the auxiliary traffic signal indicator system The risk of accidents in advance, color blind or color weak people can easily distinguish traffic lights.

The present invention is a sign attached to the auxiliary traffic signal indicator system according to the intensity or angle of light by using a light sensor mounted on the shading shade and a method for attaching a sign that is easy for the driver to identify under the red and green lights of the traffic signal indicator. And by replacing the red, yellow, and green lights of the traffic signal with light emitting diodes, which are easier to identify than conventional bulbs.

In order to reduce the risk of an accident caused by a vehicle driver not identifying a traffic signal indicator, the configuration and the operation of the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The construction of the present invention comprises a red sign (3) attached to the rear of the red light (2) and a green sign (5) attached to the rear of the green light (4) in the traffic signal indicator (1). 3) and a stepping motor (6) for operating the green sign (5) to move up and down, a control box (7) for controlling the stepping motor (6), a shading shade (8) for adjusting the incident angle of light, The optical sensor 9 which measures the incident intensity of light is comprised. 1 and 2 show a front view and a rear view of a traffic signal indicator. The traffic signal indicator 1 is composed of a red light (2), a yellow light, a green light (4), and the upper part of the traffic signal indicator (1) passes through a shading shade (8) and a shading shade for adjusting the incident angle of light. Two optical sensors 9 are provided for measuring the intensity of light. Here, a solar cell generally used is used as an optical sensor 9 capable of measuring the intensity of light, and by using such an optical sensor 9, the position of solar light is backlit, and the intensity of light is When measured at an intensity greater than a certain magnitude, the signal is sent to the control box (7), which causes the red sign (3) and the green sign (5) to communicate by driving the stepping motor (6) by the control box (7). When the signal indicator 1 is activated, it operates simultaneously. For example, when the red light (2) is turned on, the stepping motor (6) is operated so that the red sign (3) protrudes below the traffic signal. In addition, when the green light (4) is turned on will operate on the same principle as above. Red signs (3) and green signs (5) protruding in backlighting should not be affected by backlight, and are composed of circular red and green in white pigment for production using materials that can be easily judged by the naked eye. .

3 and 4 show the operating principle and the front view of the traffic signal indicator (1). The light sensor 9 located above the traffic signal indicator 1 is located in the shading shade 8, which can adjust the incident angle of the sun light. The traffic signal indicator 1 is affected by the backlight, and the light shield shade 8 is used to adjust the angle and to measure the incident intensity. The incident intensity of (9) and the incident intensity of the second sensor (9) operate independently, and when a certain level of intensity is measured in each of the optical sensors (9), the system is activated, and by the shading shade (8) The system does not work if light does not enter the light sensor, and the secondary traffic signal system is disabled because the intensity of light decreases during overcast or no-light nights.

In addition, in order to facilitate identification of the traffic signal indicator 1, it is possible to replace the low-cost LED than the light source that uses the red light (2), yellow light, green light (4).

The present invention as described above is to prevent a danger from an accident caused when the driver does not identify the traffic signal indicator by the light reflection when driving the vehicle in backlight. Traffic signal indicators are easy to identify with the naked eye, and can be prevented from being reflected by light reflection by using a material that can absorb light in the backlight.
