Claims (7)
- a) 서열 2의 아미노산을 포함하는 폴리펩타이드와 70% 이상의 동일성을 갖는 단백질을 암호화하는 핵산 분자;b) (a)의 핵산 서열에 상보적인 핵산 분자;c) (a) 또는 (b)의 핵산 서열의 15개 이상의 연속 염기를 포함하는 핵산 분자 및d) 엄격한 조건하에서 (a)의 핵산 서열 분자에 하이브리드하는 핵산 분자의 존재 또는 양을 측정하는 단계 및이와 같은 핵산 분자의 존재 또는 양과 종양의 존재와의 상호관계를 나타내는 단계를 포함하여, 종양의 존재를 검출하는 방법.
- 생물학적 샘플 중의 RELP의 농도를 측정함을 포함하여, 종양의 존재를 검출하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 분자의 존재 또는 양과 종양의 존재 또는 부재와의 상호관계를 나타내는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- a) reg 유사 단백질(RELP)과 면역학적으로 반응성인 항체 및b) 상기 항체의 존재를 검출하기 위한 시약을 포함하는, RELP의 존재를 측정하기 위한 키트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 암의 존재를 동정하거나, 암을 특성규명하거나, 암의 치료 과정을 모니터링하는데 사용하기 위한 지침서를 추가로 포함하는 키트.
- a) RELP를 암호화하는 핵산 서열의 15개 이상의 연속 염기를 포함하고, RELP를 암호화하는 핵산 서열의 일부에 상보적인 시약 핵산 분자 및b) 상기 시약 핵산 분자를 함유하는 용기를 포함하는, 암의 존재를 확인하거나, 암을 특성규명하거나, 암의 치료 과정을 모니터링하기 위한 키트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 시약 핵산 분자가 서열 12 내지 43으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 키트.
