Claims (5)
- 소재를 선택적으로 준비하고 연마, 세척하는 소재준비 단계;상기 소재를 직접 이온 플레이팅 또는 스퍼터링 공정 중 어느 한 공정에 의하여 표면처리함으로써 Ti와 Zr 합금을 상기 소재의 표면에 증착하는 Ti와 Zr 합금층 형성단계; 그리고상기 Ti와 Zr 합금이 증착된 상기 소재를 양극 산화법에 의하여 처리함으로써 산화피막을 형성하여 다양한 색을 구현 가능한 발색단계를 포함하는 발색 티타늄과 지르코늄 합금 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 소재준비단계와 Ti와 Zr 합금층 형성단계의 사이에 하지도금 공정을 더 포함하며, 상기 하지도금 공정은 상기 소재를 알칼리 전해탈지하고, 청화동 도금 및 유산동 도금을 실시하고, 광택 니켈도금을 선택적으로 실시하고, 그리고, 금도금, 파라디움 도금, 파라디움 니켈합금 도금 중 어느 한 공정을 선택적으로 포함하는 발색 티타늄과 지르코늄 합금 제조방법.
- 제1 항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 소재준비단계와 Ti와 Zr 합금층 형성단계의 사이에, 상기 소재층 혹은 하지도금층의 상면에 Ti를 도금하는 단계, 상기 소재 혹은 하지도금층의 상면에 Ti, TiN을 도금하는 단계, 혹은 Ti, TiN, TiCN의 순서로 도금하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 발색 티타늄과 지르코늄 합금 제조방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 산화법에 있어서, 전해액은 인산(Phosphoric Acid-H₃PO₄) 0.1 - 5mol/ℓ, 황산(Sulfuric Acid-H₂SO4) 0.1 - 5mol/ℓ의 혼합욕에, 황산코발트(Ⅱ), 황산니켈(Ⅱ), 황산동(Ⅱ), 황산크롬(Ⅲ), 황산철(Ⅲ), 황산 알루미늄 및 황산아연을 선택적으로 첨가하는 발색 티타늄과 지르코늄 합금 제조방법.
- 금, Ti, 스테인레스 스틸, 텅스텐 카바이드, 세라믹, 유리, 플라스틱 중 어느 한 소재를 연마, 세척하고, 상기 소재를 직접 이온 플레이팅 공정에 의하여 표면처리함으로써 Ti와 Zr 합금을 상기 소재의 표면에 증착하여 Ti와 Zr 합금층을 형성하고, 그리고 상기 Ti와 Zr 합금이 증착된 상기 소재를 양극 산화법에 의하여 처리함으로써 1μ이상의 두께를 갖는 산화피막을 형성하여 직류전압에 따라 다양한 색으로 발색 가능한 발색 티타늄 및 지르코늄 합금.
