Claims (3)
- 압력하에서 작동 가능하도록 보완된 전극을 가지는 정온도 특성 서미스터에 있어서,상기 서미스터는 정온도 특성을 나타내는 전도성 복합체와 표면이 미세거침이 없는 금속전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 하에서 작동 하는 정온도 특성 서미스터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전도성 복합체는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 구성되며, 충진제로써 카본블랙의 함량은 질량비로 30~40%이며 과산화물 가교된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 하에서 작동 하는 정온도 특성 서미스터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 금속전극은 니켈 도금박, 니켈 압연박, 구리 도금박에 전해 또는 무전해 도금을 한 박막으로 표면이 Ra=1.0 이하의 미세거침이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 하에서 작동 하는 정온도 특성 서미스터.
