Claims (6)
- 옥틸트리에톡시실란/실록산 합성물 35-50중량%, 물 35-55중량%, 에멀션화제 0.1-1.0중량%, 보호콜로이드제 0.1-1.5중량%, 및 강도보호재로서 수용성 실리케이트 5-20중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 침투성 물 흡수 방지제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에멀션화제는 소르비탄 모노올레이트계를 적용하며, HLB = 4.3 인 계면활성제를 사용하며, 보호콜로이드 시스템으로서 폴리비닐알콜의 유화안정제를 적용하는 것을 특징으로 침투성 물 흡수 방지제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 옥틸트리에톡시실란/실록산 합성물은 옥틸트리에톡시실란(Octyl-tri-ethoxy silan)과 옥틸트리에톡시실란/실록산(octyl-tri-ethoxy Silane/siloxane) 혼합액으로 혼합비율이 1 : 0.02-0.5으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 침투성 물 흡수 방지제 조성물.
- 제2항의 콘크리트 표면보호용 침투성 물 흡수 방지제를 1차로 도포한 후 2차로 멤브레인 방수층과 시트 방수층 중 어느 하나를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지하 토목용 기능성 복합 도막방수시공방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 2차 방수층은 무기분체와 액상형 수지를 이용한 무기질 도막재료, 시멘트 혼입 폴리머계 방수제, 규산질계 도포방수제, 침투성 도포방수제, 슬러리형 방수제, 수용성 우레탄, 수용성 에폭시, 아크릴 고무계, 우레탄 고무계, 클로로프렌 고무계, 고무 아스팔트계, 실리콘 고무계 중 어느 하나를 2차로 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지하 토목용 기능성 복합방수시공방법.
- 물 5-10중량%에 보호콜로이드제 0.1-1.5중량% 범위로 첨가 교반 후 에멀션화제 0.05-0.5중량% 범위로 첨가하여 중속도로 교반하여 제1액상을 준비하는 제1단계와,옥틸트리에톡시실란/실록산 35-50중량%에 에멀션화제를 0.05-0.5중량% 범위로 첨가하여 중속도로 교반하여 제2액상을 준비하는 제2단계와,물 25-55중량%에 소디움계 실리케이트 5-20중량%를 교반하면서 첨가한 후 충분히 교반하여 균일한 제3액상을 제조하는 제3단계와,상기 제1액상에 중속도로 교반하면서 제2액상을 천천히 드룹핑(Drooping)하여 제1수용화 액상을 준비하는 제4단계와,상기 제1수용화 액상을 중속도로 교반하면서 상기 제3액상을 드룹핑하여 혼합하는 제5단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 침투성 물 흡수 방지제 조성물의 제조방법.
