Claims (2)
- 적어도 한 기판에 액티브 소자가 형성되어 있고, 액티브 소자에 화소전극이 연결되어 있으며 이 화소전극이 일정 패턴의 슬릿형상으로 되어 있으면서 액정이 전압 인가시 좌 우 화소전극내에서 좌 우 대칭적으로 동작될 수 있도록 좌 우 화소전극의 중심에 별도의 슬릿이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화소 개선구조의 박막 트랜지스터-액정 디스플레이.
- 적어도 한 기판에 액티브 소자가 형성되어 있고, 액티브 소자에 화소전극이 연결되어 있으며 이 화소전극이 일정 패턴의 슬릿형상으로 되어 있으면서 액정이 전압 인가시 동일 화소내에서 좌 우 대칭적으로 동작하도록 되어 있고 좌 우의 중심에 별도의 화소 전극이 형상된 것을 특징으로 하는 화소 개선구조의 박막 트랜지스터-액정 디스플레이.
