Claims (3)
- 고유 점도가 0.79 - 0.90인 폴리에스터 폴리머를 용융방사, 급냉하고 다단계의 고뎃롤러에 통과시켜서 열연신 한 후 이완처리하고, 권취하는 연속공정으로 고강력 ·저수축 폴리에스터사를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 표면 온도가 240℃ 이상인 고뎃롤러(GR4)에 통과시키되 단열된 열상자(A) 내에 있는 고뎃롤러(GR4)의 분위기 온도를 220℃ 이상으로 유지시켜서 사에 열처리를 한 다음에 고뎃롤러(GR5)에 통과시켜서 7 - 10%만큼 이완시킴을 특징으로하는 고강력 ·저수축 폴리에스터사의 제조 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리에서터사는 강도가 7.8㎏/데니어 이상이고, 건열수축율이 3.2%이하 (190℃ ×10분)임을 특징으로 하는 고강력 ·저수축 폴리에스터사의 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 고뎃롤러(GR4)를 단열된 열상자(Hot Box)(A)내에 위치시키고, 여기에 470℃ - 550℃ 이상의 열풍을 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강력 ·저수축 폴리에스터사의 제조방법
