CONSTITUTION: An oil seal(150) is installed in the upper part of an outer pipe(110) to prevent oil leakage, and a cap(160) is combined with the upper part of the oil seal. A rod guide(140) is placed in the lower part of the oil seal to guide and support a piston rod(130), and an inner pipe(120) is connected to the lower part of the rod guide. The full diameter of the lower part of a body(151) is formed to be less than the bore of the outer pipe, and a compensating protrusion(152) is formed in the lower part of the oil seal. The closed space is formed with contacting the lower part of the body to the rod guide. Working efficiency is improved with inserting the oil seal without press-fitting, and damage of the oil seal is prevented.
