Claims (5)
- 고정자 극당 상당 코일을 권선틀(32, 33)에 감고 이 코일타래(38)를 고정자 철심의 내경에 단층권으로 분포시키는 방법.
- 고정자 권선 분포 간격을 균일하게 하고 고정자 철심(14)과의 절연문제를 해결하기 위해 비자성, 비도전성 물질로 슬롯형 절연체(15)를 제작하여 사용하는 방법.
- [청구항 2] 에서 슬롯형 절연체 없이 [청구항 1] 과 같이 코일 타래를 고정자 철심 내경에 단층권으로 분포시켜 고정자를 제작하는 방법
- 코일타래(38)를 고정자 철심(14) 내경에 분포시킨 후 권선 시행 공간을 최소화시키고 도체 점적율을 최소화시키기 위해 코일부를 압박할 수 있는 슬롯형 쇄기(41)를 이용하는 방법.
- 영구자석 회전자의 고속 회전시 적층된 철심에서의 와전류손을 줄이고자 규소강판(44) 적층 후 철심 홈(45)에 에폭시 몰딩을 함으로써 철심을 제작하는 방법.
