Claims (5)
- 발포성 폴리스티렌 수지를 제조함에 있어서, 부탄, 펜탄, 또는 그 혼합물 중 선택된 주발포제 외에 화학구조상 입체방해(steric hindrance)가 큰 고분자 화합물을 보조발포제로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 폴리스티렌 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보조발포제는 알파메칠폴리스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체 또는 알킬메타크릴레이트 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 폴리스티렌 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보조발포제는 투입되는 스티렌 단량체에 대하여 5∼10 중량%의 양으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 폴리스티렌 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주발포제의 함량은 3∼5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는발포성 폴리스티렌 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 발포성 폴리스티렌 수지 입자.
