Abstract

PURPOSE: Lubricating structure of a clutch for a vehicle is provided to increase power transmission efficiency by lubricating a spline between a clutch disk and an input shaft continuously, and to improve shift quality and extend replacement cycle of the clutch by enhancing endurance of the clutch disk. CONSTITUTION: A clutch of a vehicle is composed of a clutch disk(6) frictionized with a flywheel(2), and spline-connected to an input shaft(4) of a manual transmission; a pressure plate(8) contacting to the flywheel by pressing the clutch disk; a diaphragm spring(10) having elastic force for pressurizing the pressure plate; a release bearing(12) pushing the diaphragm spring with moving linearly according to operation of the clutch pedal; and a lubricant supply part supplying lubricant to a spline connection part(16) between the input shaft and the clutch disk. A lubricant storage groove(20) is formed in the lubricant supply part to store lubricant, and plural supply ports(22) are formed around the lubricant storage groove. Lubricant is supplied from the lubricant storage groove through supply ports to the spine connection part. Noise is reduced, and the life span of the clutch is extended with preventing wear.
