Claims (2)
- 백라이트(BackLight:B/L)가 있고, TFT(Thin Film Transistor) 유리 및 C/F(Color Filter)를 포함한 C/F 유리가 겹쳐있고, 상기 C/F 유리상에 상부 편광판을 포함하는 셀 테스트 장비의 패널 설치부에 있어서,상기 B/L 상부표면에 부착된 편광판을 포함하는 CLC(cholesteric liquid crystal)와,상기 CLC 상부의 상기 패널 설치부의 C/F 외각부의 BM에 대응하는 위치에 TFT 유리와 CLC사이의 거리를 최소화하고 빛을 차단하기 위해 부착된 차광테이프를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 테스트 장비의 패널 설치부 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 차광 테이프의 두께는 약 0.2∼0.3 mm로 하여 10.4˝, 12˝,14.1˝,15˝,18˝ 그리고 21˝등의 패널크기에 따라 차광테이프의 크기를 조절해서 패널에 장착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 테스트 장비의 패널 설치부 구조.
