Claims (3)
- 폴리에스터 섬유를 사용하여 150∼300㎏/㎥ 범위의 고밀도 흡음재 제조시, 융점이 260∼270℃범위인 고융점 폴리에스터 섬유를 주재료로 하고 융점이 110℃ 이하인 저융점 폴리에스터 섬유를 섬유간 고정제로 하여 카딩에 의해 제조된 1종 또는 2종이상의 혼섬웹을 적층시키고 평방인치당 펀칭회수가 500회 미만으로 니들펀칭을 실시한 후 건조 및 연마공정을 거쳐 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 섬유구조의 폴리에스터 흡음재 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 연마 공정은 표면의 평활도 향상을 위해 역회전 방식의 표면연마용 롤을 사용해 롤표면 온도 80∼110℃, 롤 회전수 500∼1500rpm조건하에 연마하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 섬유구조의 폴리에스터 흡음재 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 저융점 폴리에스터 섬유는 굵기가 3∼15de범위인 것을 흡음재 총 중량의 40∼80중량% 범위에서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 섬유구조의 폴리에스터 흡음재 제조방법.
