Claims (6)
- ⅰ) 다양한 호르몬을 함유한 변형된 MS 배지 상에서의 한국형 잔디 캘러스를 유도하고 생장시키고;ⅱ) 비알라포스 저항성bar유전자를 도입하기 위해 아그로박테리움 세포로 한국형 잔디 캘러스를 감염시키고;ⅲ) 2,4-디클로로페녹시아세트산(dichlorophenoxyacetic acid)과 칼슘이 없이 아세토시린곤(acetosyringone)을 함유한 동시-배양 배지 내에서 한국형 잔디의 캘러스 및 아그로박테리움 세포를 동시-배양하고;ⅳ) 동시-배양 배지로부터 아그로박테리움 세포를 제거하고;ⅴ) 형질전환 한국형 잔디를 재생시키는단계로 구성된 한국형 잔디(조이시아(Zoysia) 속)를 유전적으로 형질전환하는 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 아그로박테리움 세포는 pGPT-HB 형질전환 벡터를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 타입 3 캘러스는 동시-배양 배지 내에서 5∼7일 동안동시-배양됨을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 식물-특이적 프로모터의 조절 하에서bar유전자로 안정하게 형질전환되는 제 1항에 따른 방법에 의한 형질전환 한국형 잔디
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기bar유전자는 유비퀴틴(ubiquitin) 프로모터의 조절 하에서 발현됨을 특징으로 하는 형질전환 한국형 잔디
- 비알라포스 저항성bar유전자가 도입된 형질전환 한국형 잔디(KCTC-10076BP)
