Claims (10)
- 고압 포트 및 저압 포트를 구비하는 펌프 챔버와, 2개 이상의 블레이드를 구비하고, 상기 펌프 챔버(32) 내에서 서로 오프셋되어 있는 2개의 평행한 샤프트(20, 22)에 끼워져 있는 2개의 로터(28, 30)와, 상기 로터의 단부면에 배치된 드라이브와, 그 반대측에 배치된 하우징 커버를 포함하는 정압 혹은 부압을 발생하는 펌프에 있어서,상기 하우징 커버(34)는 컵 모양의 형상을 가지며, 상기 고압 포트 및 상기 저압 포트는 하우징 커버(34)에 일체로 형성되어 있고, 그리고 상기 펌프 챔버(32)의 외주벽의 적어도 상당한 부분은 하우징 커버(34)를 포위함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 샤프트(20, 22)는 상기 드라이브(10)를 면하는 측면인 일측면 상에서 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 하우징 커버(34)의 내벽은 단부면상에서 펌프 챔버(32)의 경계를 정하며, 고압 및 저압 포트를 위한 2개의 개구(46, 48)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 개구(46, 48)는 하우징 커버(34)의 본체에 일체로 되어 있는 하나의 채널(40, 42)에 의해 서로 인접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 채널(40, 42) 중 적어도 하나 이상은 하우징 커버(34)의 외주부에 이르고, 그 외주부에서 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 채널(40, 42)은 하우징 커버의 내벽(44)과 평행하게 연장하는 제1의 채널 섹션과, 이 섹션에 인접하여 내벽으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 경사지면서 외측으로 경사져 있는 채널 섹션과, 그리고 제1의 섹션에 인접하여 하우징 커버(34)의 외주부에서 개방하고 그 내벽에 평행하게 연장하는 채널 섹션을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프.
- 선행항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2개의 연결 플랜지(50, 52)는 서로로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 면하는 2개의 측면에서 하우징 커버(34)의 외주부 상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 연결 플랜지(50, 52)는 서로 수직 방향으로 오프셋되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프.
- 선행항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 로터(28, 30)의 블레이드의 기하학적 형상은 내부의 압축을 위해 설계되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프.
- 제2항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 샤프트(20, 22)는 톱니가 형성된 휠(24, 26)의 양측면 상에서 각각 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프.
