Claims (10)
- Pumpe zur Erzeugung von Druck oder Unterdruck, mit einer Pumpenkammer, die einen Hochdruck-Anschluß und einen Niederdruck-Anschluß aufweist; zwei wenigstens zweiflügeligen Rotoren (28, 30), die auf zwei parallelen, gegeneinander versetzten Wellen (20, 22) in der Pumpenkammer (32) angebracht sind, wobei die Wellen (20, 22) eine axiale Richtung definieren; einem auf einer Stirnseite der Rotoren (28, 30) angeordneten Antrieb und einem auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite angeordneten Gehäusedeckel (34), wobei der Gehäusedeckel (34) topfförmig ausgebildet ist und der Hochdruck-Anschluß wie auch der Niederdruck-Anschluß im Gehäusedeckel (34) integriert sind, wobei der Gehäusedeckel (34) zwei Durchbrüche (46, 48), für den Hochdruck- und für den Niederdruck-Anschluß, aufweist und an jeden der Durchbrüche (46, 48) ein im Körper des Gehäusedeckels (34) integrierter Kanal (40, 42) anschließt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gesamte zu pumpende Medium durch die Durchbrüche (46, 48) fließt, wobei die Durchbrüche (46, 48) als axiale Durchbrüche in der die Pumpenkammer (32) stimseitig begrenzenden Innenwand (44) ausgebildet sind, und daß die Flügelgeometrie der Rotoren (28, 30) abgestimmt auf die axialen Durchbrüche (46, 48) für eine innere Verdichtung ausgelegt ist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer der Kanäle (40, 42) zum Umfang des Gehäusedeckels (34) geführt ist und dort mündet.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kanal (40, 42) einen parallel zu der Innenwand (44) des Gehäusedeckels verlaufenden ersten Kanalabschnitt, daran anschließend einen schräg in Richtung von der Innenwand fort und auswärts geneigten Kanalabschnitt sowie daran anschließend einen am Umfang des Gehäusedeckels (34) mündenden, zu dessen Innenwand parallelen Kanalabschnitt aufweist.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Umfang des Gehäusedeckels (34) auf zwei voneinander abgewandten Seiten desselben zwei Anschlußflansche (50, 52) gebildet sind.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußflansche (50, 52) vertikal gegeneinander versetzt sind.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein wesentlicher Teil der Umfangswandung der Pumpenkammer (32) durch den Mantel des Gehäusedeckels (34) gebildet ist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wellen (20, 22) einseitig auf der dem Antrieb (10) zugewandten Seite gelagert sind.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wellen (20, 22) jeweils beiderseits eines Zahnrades (24, 26) gelagert sind.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die axialen Durchbrüche (46, 48) in einem mittleren Bereich der die Pumpenkammer (32) stirnseitig begrenzenden Innenwand (44) positioniert sind.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der axiale Durchbruch (48) für den Hochdruck-Anschluß wesentlich größer als der axiale Durchbruch (46) für den Niederdruck-Anschluß ist.
