Abstract

PURPOSE: An air cleaner for both air discharge and cleaning is provided to efficiently make indoor environment comfortable according to a driver's will. CONSTITUTION: An upper circulating opening(13) with an air filter(10) and a lower outlet(14) connected with outside are formed on a back of a case(12). A door(16) is installed behind a wheel motor(11) to be operated by an actuator(15) to selectively open and close the upper circulating opening or the lower outlet. The door is rotated to open and close by gear transmission between a driven gear(17) behind the door and a driving gear(18) on an axis of the actuator. Indoor air is recirculated or discharged to outside as needed.
