Claims (23)
- 세라믹 기재 다결정성 섬유와 어닐링된 세라믹 섬유의 혼합물을 포함하는, 공해 방지 장치에서 사용하기 위한 고온 매트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고정 매트가 유기 결합제를 포함하는 고온 매트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 기재 다결정성 섬유와 상기 어닐링된 세라믹 섬유가 스티치 결합, 니들 결합, 스프레이 결합 또는 진공 자루봉입 공정을 통해 섬유 집합체로 결합되어 있는 고온 매트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 매트가 팽창성 물질을 포함하는 고온 매트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고온 매트에 결합된 팽창성 물질의 층을 더욱 포함하는 고온 매트.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 팽창성 물질의 층이 상기 매트의 표면 상에 적층되거나 상기 매트와 공동 형성된 것인 고온 매트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹-기재 다결정성 섬유가 약 5% 내지 약 95%의범위로 포함되어 있는 고온 매트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 어닐링된 세라믹 섬유가 약 5% 내지 약 95%의 범위로 포함되어 있는 고온 매트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 기재 다결정성 섬유가 알루미나를 약 60% 이상의 양으로 함유하는 고온 매트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고온 매트가 실제 조건 설비 시험에 따르면 약 10kPa 이상의 탄력성 값을 나타내는 고온 매트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고온 매트의 다수의 층들이 서로 결합되어 있는 고온 매트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고온 매트가 약 5% 이하의 수축율을 나타내는 고온 매트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고온 매트가 약 10% 이상의 압력 보존성을 나타내는 고온 매트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고온 매트가 약 0.1 내지 약 0.7 g/cm3범위내의 밀도를 갖는 고온 매트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 매트가 냉 침식 시험에 따르면 0.1 g/시간 이하의 침식 값을 나타내는 고온 매트.
- (a) 하우징;(b) 상기 하우징내에 위치된, 외면을 갖는 공해 방지 부품; 및(c) 상기 공해 방지 부품과 상기 하우징 사이, 상기 공해 방지 부품의 외면 둘레에 위치된 제 1 항에 기재된 고온 매트를 포함하는 공해 방지 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 고온 매트가 유기 결합제를 포함하는 공해 방지 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 기재 다결정성 섬유와 상기 어닐링된 세라믹 섬유가 스티치 결합, 니들 결합, 스프레이 결합 또는 진공 자루봉입 공정을 통해 섬유 집합체로 결합되어 있는 공해 방지 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 매트가 팽창성 물질을 포함하는 공해 방지 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 고정 매트에 결합된 팽창성 물질의 층을 더 포함하고, 상기 고정 매트가 상기 공해 방지 부품의 외면을 향해 위치되어 있는 공해 방지 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 다결정성 섬유가 약 5% 내지 약 95% 범위로 포함되어 있는 공해 방지 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 섬유가 약 5% 내지 약 95% 범위로 포함되어 있는 공해 방지 장치.
- (a) 하나 이상의 이중벽 원추형 말단을 갖는 하우징; 및(b) 상기 하우징의 이중벽 원추형 말단의 안쪽 원추와 바깥쪽 원추 사이에 위치한 제 1 항에 기재된 고온 매트를 포함하는 공해 방지 장치.
