CONSTITUTION: An inner panel(10) of a door has a handle mounting recess(11) formed at the inner surface of the inner panel so as to mount an inner handle(20) into the handle mounting recess which has a square assembly hole(12) formed at the bottom surface of the handle mounting recess. The inner handle has a body(21), and a square grommet(22) elastically caught at the assembly hole formed at the recess of the inner panel is protruded from an outer surface of the body of the inner handle. The grommet is formed integrally with the body of the inner handle. The grommet is formed of two inserted sections(24) divided by a cut section(23) formed in an axial direction, and each inserted section has a fixing groove(25) for insertion of the edge of the recess of the inner panel. The grommet has a coupling hole(26) formed at the center of the grommet in such a manner as to penetrate through the body of the inner handle. The coupling hole has a diameter smaller than a screw(30), such that the coupling hole is elastically transformed outward during coupling of the screw.
