Abstract

PURPOSE: A closing preventive apparatus of a trunk lid is provided to open the trunk lid constantly by applying constant force to the trunk lid despite of using the trunk lid repeatedly. CONSTITUTION: A closing preventive device of a trunk lid is composed of a stopper body(10) protruded in a back panel of a vehicle body bracket, and an L-shaped auxiliary arm(20) fixed in a hinge pin(6) of a hinge arm(5), and attached to a buffering cylinder(30). A ball is mounted in the end of the stopper body, and inserted to a fixing hole of the auxiliary arm. A coil spring is placed in the buffering cylinder to apply repulsive force to a piston. The trunk lid is opened with the auxiliary arm despite of reducing elastic force of the torsion bar in using the trunk lid repeatedly. The ball is removed from the hole of the auxiliary arm in applying the force to the trunk lid, and rolled along the side of the auxiliary arm, and the piston is released from the cylinder with the spring. The trunk lid is kept open with the auxiliary arm.
