Claims (2)
- 소정의 단면 형상을 갖는 띠 형상의 스틸 재료를 절단하는 재료 절단 공정;절단된 스틸 재료를 900~950℃의 온도로 고주파로 가열하는 고주파 가열 공정;가열된 스틸 재료를 150~200ton/cm2의 압력으로 열간 단조를 행하는 단조 공정;단조된 조인트의 양측에 체결구멍을 형성하는 체결구멍 펀칭 공정 및;형단조된 조인트의 표면에 형성된 스케일을 제거한 후 도장을 행하는 도장 공정을 포함하는 관 조인트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 재료 절단 공정 후에는 재료의 양단을 절곡하는 1차 절곡 공정을 포함하는 관 조인트의 제조 방법.
