Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating bacterial media using paper sludge is provided to condition soil enrichment by culturing bacteria into the media. Also, the media is used as insecticide when sprinkled on polluted land and plant. CONSTITUTION: The fabrication method of media includes: (i) crushing paper sludge having a water content of 45-55%; (ii) mixing bacteria with crushed paper sludge; (iii) making mixture of bacteria and crushed paper sludge into corpuscle by applying water containing clay; and (iv) drying at less than 90 deg.C with 10% of water content.

Description

제지슬러지를 이용한 미생물 담체 제조방법{Fabrication method of Microbe Carrier using Paper Sludge}Fabrication method of microbe carrier using paper sludge {Fabrication method of Microbe Carrier using Paper Sludge}

The present invention relates to a carrier for microorganisms that can be used in the environmental industry or agriculture, and more particularly, to the carrier of the present invention by culturing a natural microorganism that can be used for microorganisms or pest control agents used for supplying nutrients necessary for agricultural organisms. It is intended to induce long-term effects on soils and crops by mixing them and spraying them on the soil.

Conventionally, chemical products have been used as soil improvers and microorganisms have not been used much. However, since environmentally friendly microorganisms are used a lot, carriers of the present invention can be sprayed on soil in a simple way to contain these microorganisms and serve as their functions. Seen.

In addition, even when used for the use of pesticides such as pest control, when the microorganisms are mixed and sprayed with water, the temporary effect is fast, but the long-term lasting effect is insufficient to be achieved. In the long run, it is expected that microorganisms will be able to control pests.

The present invention has been made to achieve the above advantages, the first object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a carrier for obtaining a long-lasting effect of microbial activity for agriculture or environmental industry.

It is a second object of the present invention to provide a recycling method that makes useful use of paper sludge that is landfilled or incinerated without being recycled at an industrial site.

A third object of the present invention is to provide a method of making a carrier using papermaking sludge and containing microorganisms in the carrier.

The fourth object of the present invention is that the paper sludge contains a large amount of organic matter, so that even when dewatering during sludge production, the water content becomes a minimum of 40%, thereby providing a method that can be easily powdered by lowering this moisture to 5%. It is.

It is a fifth object of the present invention to provide a method that can be powdered in order to simplify the use of this carrier.

The problem of the present invention as described above is achieved as the paper sludge is produced through the manufacturing process devised by the present invention.

Hereinafter, a carrier manufacturing process according to the present invention will be described.

Dehydrated paper sludge contains about 40% -55% of water, and in this state, the paper sludge is crushed to about 1-5m / m.

In this state, microorganisms or other materials necessary for the purpose are added to maintain the mixed state, and in order to form the fine particles, a suspension of water mixed with clay is applied or mixed, and then agglomerated particles are formed.

In order to effectively maintain the particulate carrier, it must be dried, with moisture less than about 10% and the drying temperature should not exceed about 90 degrees Celsius.

In order to make the prepared carrier into a uniform product, it passes through the process of the vibrating screen, is separated into a certain size, and then packaged and commercialized.

As described above, by making the paper sludge carrier according to the present invention can be more effectively utilized in the microorganism industry.

Recycling paper sludge that has been discarded only by dumping at sea or by landfill reduces waste disposal costs and contributes to the profitability of the paper mill.

Since the carrier is in a dried state, it is easy to operate and does not require special equipment or personnel.
