Claims (14)
- 엑추에이터의 제 1 압력 챔버(29)와 고압 포트(8)을 연결하도록 길이 방향으로 변위된 제어 밸브의 스풀(21)에 의해 배기밸브가 개방되고, 엑추에이터 피스톤(32, 34)을 배기밸브의 스핀들(4)과 함께 변위되며, 배기밸브가 폐쇄될 때 제 1 압력 챔버(29)과 저압 포트(11)를 연결하도록 제어밸브 스풀(21)이 길이방향으로 변위되는 내연 기관용 배기밸브(2) 작동 방법에 있어서,배기밸브의 스핀들(4)은 제어밸브 스풀의 길이방향 변위와 함께 약 1 : 1 의 비로 길이 방향으로 배분하여 변위되며, 스핀들은 완전 개방 및 완전 폐쇄 위치 사이의 선택된 위치에 위치될 수 있으며, 배기밸브의 스핀들(4)은 배기밸브의 폐쇄 위치와 개방 위치 사이의 제어밸브 스풀(21)과 동시에 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관용 배기밸브 작동방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 배기밸브의 폐쇄 운동의 최종 부분은 제어밸브에 의해 능동적으로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 운동 경로의 예정된 부분에서의 배기밸브의 속도는 하나의 엔진 싸이클에서 다음으로 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 배기밸브의 개방 운동은 완전 개방 위치에 도달되기 전에개방 중간 위치에서 정지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 폐쇄 운동의 최종 부분동안, 스핀들(4)은 통기틈의 통기 위치가 배기밸브의 시트 표면 사이에 존재하는 대기시간동안 통기위치에 유지되어, 스핀들은 완전 폐쇄 위치로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 스핀들(4)이 4 내지 50 ㎳ 의 대기시간동안 통기위치에 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 통기위치의 스핀들(4)이 0.02 내지 0.50 ㎜, 양호하게는 0.05 내지 0.2 ㎜의 상호간 거리로 시트 표면에 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폐쇄 운동의 최종 부분동안, 스핀들(4)은 폐쇄 위치로 이동되고, 그 직후 개방 방향으로 잠시 이동되고, 그 다음 완전 폐쇄 위치로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 개방 방향으로의 일시적 운동과 폐쇄 위치로의 운동은 배기밸브가 개방되는 시간의 1/10 보다 짧은 시간 동안에 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 적어도 하나의 제 1 압력 챔버(29) 및 관련된 엑추에이터 피스톤(32, 34)을 구비한 고정 실린더를 가지는 정수압 엑추에이터가 있는 밸브 스핀들(4), 및 제어밸브 하우징에서 제 1 압력 챔버를 고압 포트(8) 또는 저압 포트(11)와 연결할 수 있는 제어밸브를 포함하는 내연 기관용 배기밸브에 있어서,고압 및 저압 포트를 가진 제어밸브 하우징은 길이 방향으로 변위될 수 있으며, 제어밸브 하우징의 길이 방향 변위는 배기밸브 스핀들(4)의 개방 및 폐쇄 위치 사이에서 길이 방향에 배분된 변위인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기밸브.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 제어밸브 하우징(45)은 배기밸브 스핀들에 대하여 길이방향으로 움직이지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기밸브.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 엑추에이터 피스톤이나 밸브 스핀들의 상부 부분은 제어밸브 하우징(45)을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기밸브.
- 제 10 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 선형 모터의 고정 코일 부분이 배기밸브 스핀들(4)의 연장부에서 축을 공유하여 설치된 선형 모터의 이동형 자석 부분상에서 길이 방향으로 이동하지 않도록 제어밸브 스풀(21)이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기밸브.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 선형 모터의 이동형 부분(31)은 폐쇄 및 완전 개방 위치 사이에서 배기밸브의 최대 이동보다 더 큰 행정 거리를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기밸브.
