본 고안은 기존의 교통 신호등이나 보행 신호등이 파란불일 경우 , 언제 신호가 바뀔지 모르는 상황에서 불안하게 달리다가 갑자기 신호가 바뀔 경우 ,급브레이크를 잡거나 하여 사고의 위험이 있는바, 기존의 신호등과 같이 초단위의 카운트 다운으로 , 신호가 바뀌는 잔여시간을 숫자로 나타내는 타이머 전광판을 부착하여 운전자나 보행자가 신호가 바뀌기 전의 잔여 시간을 정확히 알아 대비하게 함으로써 교통사고의 위험을 줄이는 것을 목적으로 한다 . 또한 빨간불일 경우에도 상기와 같이 잔여시간을 타이머 숫자로 표시되게 하여 운전자나 보행자가 지루하지 않고 여유를 가지고 출발을 준비 할 수 있게 함을 목적으로 한다 .When the existing traffic light or pedestrian traffic light is a blue light, the driver may not be able to know when the signal will change when the driver suddenly changes the signal and suddenly changes the brake.
