Abstract
본 고안은 비닐하우스의 상부에 설치한 액체 공급관에 일정간격으로 연결하여 농약이나 물등을 분무하는데 사용되는 콘넥터의 분사노즐에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a spray nozzle of a connector used to spray pesticides or water by connecting to a liquid supply pipe installed at the upper part of the plastic house at regular intervals.
종래 분사노즐은 대개 도 4 와 같이 단면형상으로 된 본체의 하단에 뚫린 분사공으로 유로를 통해 압출되는 액체가 분사되도록 되어 있으므로 분사노즐로 압입된 액체의 와류현상이 좋지 못하여 분사효율이 불량하고 액체에 포함된 입자에 의해 분사공이 쉬이 막히게 될 뿐 아니라, 분사공이 마모되거나 경미한 충격에 의해 커지면 더욱 분사효율이 낮아지는등의 폐단이 있었다.Conventional injection nozzles usually have a cross section as shown in FIG.
