Abstract

본 고안은 차량용 앞 범퍼 리프팅 장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 차량의 급제동시 앞 범퍼를 상승하게 하여 노이즈 다운(NOSE DOWN)현상으로 인해 앞 범퍼가 앞 차량의 뒷 범퍼 밑으로 들어가는 것을 방지하여, 차량의 충돌시 범퍼외의 다른 부위가 손상되는 것을 미연에 예방 할 수 있는 차량용 앞 범퍼 리프팅 장치에 관한 것으로, 차체 프레임(1)의 전면부분 중앙에는 전방에 로드(3)가 형성되고 후방에 타격 감지부(4)로 구성된 배력장치(2)가 설치되고, 이 배력장치(2)의 전방에는 캠로드(5)가 힌지(6)에 의해 일정 각도만큼 회전 가능하게 구성되며, 후방에는 피스톤(7)이 하우징(8) 내부에 삽입되어 있으며, 상기 캠로드(5)의 하부에는 전방에 범퍼(12)가 결합되어 있고, 상부에 상기 캠로드(5)의 회전각도 만큼의 곡선이 형성되어 힌지(11)에 의해 회전 가능하게 구성된 브라켓(10)이 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

차량용 앞 범퍼 리프팅 장치(AN APPARATUS FOR LIFTING THE FRONT BUMPER OF VEHICLE)
본 고안은 차량용 앞 범퍼 리프팅 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세히 설명하면, 차량의 급제동시 앞 범퍼를 상승하게 하여 노이즈 다운(NOSE DOWN)현상으로 인해 앞 범퍼가 앞 차량의 뒷 범퍼 밑으로 들어가는 것을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 차량용 앞 범퍼 리프팅 장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 운행도중 앞 차량의 급제동시나 장애물의 발견 시에는 충돌을 방지하기 위해 급제동을 해야 하는데 이때 관성에 의해 차량의 앞부분은 앞으로 정지하려는 힘에 의해 하부으로 내려가고 뒷부분은 전진하려는 힘에 의해 상부로 올라가는 즉, 운행자의 코가 밑으로 내려간다는 뜻인 노이즈 다운(NOSE DOWN) 현상이 발생된다.
한편, 종래 차량의 범퍼의 구성은 차량의 프레임 앞과 뒷부분에 고정되게 구성되어 있는데 이러한 구성에서는 도 3에 나타낸 바와 같이 차량이 급제동될때 발생되는 노이즈 다운(NOSE DOWN)현상으로 차량의 충돌시 앞 범퍼가 앞 차량의 뒷 범퍼 밑으로 들어가 범퍼의 기능을 제대로 하지 못 할뿐더러 범퍼 외에 차체의 다른 부위의 손상으로 정비 비용의 상승을 초래하는 등의 문제점이 생기게 되었다.
이에, 본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 보완하기 위해 고안된 것으로서, 차량의 급제동시 앞 범퍼를 상승하게 하여 노이즈 다운(NOSE DOWN)으로 인해 앞 범퍼가 앞 차량의 뒷 범퍼 밑으로 들어가는 것을 방지하여, 차량의 충돌시 범퍼 외에 다른 부위가 손상되는 것을 미연에 예방 할 수 있는 차량용 앞 범퍼 리프팅 장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은 차체 프레임의 전면부분 중앙에는 전방에 로드가 형성되고 후방에 타격 감지부로 구성된 배력장치가 설치되고, 이 배력장치의 전방에는 캠로드가 힌지에 의해 일정 각도 만큼 회전 가능하게 구성되며, 후방에는 피스톤이 하우징 내부에 삽입되어 있으며, 상기 캠로드의 하부에는 전방에 범퍼가 결합되어 있고, 상부에 상기 캠로드의 회전 각도 만큼의 곡선이 형성되어 힌지에 의해 회전 가능하게 구성된 브라켓이 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

이하 본 고안의 구성을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1은 본 고안의 구성을 나타낸 앞 범퍼의 분해 사시도로서, 차체 프레임(1)의 전면부분 중앙에는 전방에 로드(3)가 형성되고 후방에 타격 감지부(4)로 구성된 실린더 형상의 배력장치(2)가 설치되고, 이 배력장치(2)의 전방에는 상기 로드(3)에 의해 작동되는 캠로드(5)가 힌지(6)에 의해 일정 각도 만큼 회전 가능하게 구성되며, 후방에는 상기 타격 감지부(4)에 타격을 가하는 피스톤(7)이 하우징(8) 내부에 삽입되어 있다.
상기 캠로드(5)의 하부에는 전방에 범퍼(12)가 결합되어 있고, 상부에 상기 캠로드(5)의 회전 각도 만큼 의 곡선이 형성되어 힌지(11)에 의해 회전 가능하게 구성된 브라켓(10)이 결합되어 있다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용을 첨부된 도 2를 참조하여 설명하면 운전자가 운행도중 장애물을 발견하여 충돌을 방지하기 위해 급제동을 하면 노이즈 다운(NOSE DOWN) 현상이 발생되고, 이로 인해 차량의 앞부분은 앞으로 내려가고 뒷부분은 상부로 올라간다
이때, 하우징(8) 내부에 삽입되어 있던 피스톤(7)이 관성에 의해 순간적으로 앞쪽으로 이동하여 배력장치(2)의 후방에 구성되어 있는 타격 감지부(4)를 타격하면 타격 감지부(4)에 의해 타격을 감지한 배력장치(2)는 로드(3)를 전방으로 이동시키고, 이 로드(3)는 캠로드(5)를 밀어 주게된다.
그러면, 상기 캠로드(5)는 브라켓(10)의 상부에 형성된 곡선을 따라 뒤쪽으로 이동하고, 이와 결합된 브라켓(10)은 힌지(11)에 의해 회전되어 상기 브라켓(10)의 전방에 결합된 범퍼(12)를 상부로 상승 시키게 한다.
그러므로, 급제동으로 인한 노이즈 다운(NOSE DOWN) 현상이 발생되어 차량의 앞부분이 밑으로 내려 가더라도 범퍼(12)는 상부로 상승되어 차량이 충돌 되더라도 앞 범퍼가 앞 차량의 뒷 범퍼 밑으로 들어가는 것을 미연에 방지할 뿐만 아니라 충돌시에도 범퍼(12)외에 차체의 다른 부위가 손상 되는것을 방지할 수 있는 것이다.
상술한 바와 같은 본 고안 차량의 급제동시 앞 범퍼를 상승하게 하여 노이즈 다운(NOSE DOWN)으로 인해 앞 범퍼가 앞 차량의 뒷 범퍼 밑으로 들어가는 것을 방지하여, 차량의 충돌시 범퍼외의 다른 부위의 손상을 최소화 하여 정비 비용의 절감 및 안전감을 확보할 수 있으며, 소형차 및 대형차의 앞 범퍼에도 설치가 가능하므로 설치의 호환성을 높일 수 있는데 큰 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 차체 프레임(1)의 전면부분 중앙에는 전방에 로드(3)가 형성되고 후방에 타격 감지부(4)로 구성된 배력장치(2)가 설치되고, 이 배력장치(2)의 전방에는 캠로드(5)가 힌지(6)에 의해 일정 각도 만큼 회전 가능하게 구성되며, 후방에는 피스톤(7)이 하우징(8) 내부에 삽입되어 있으며, 상기 캠로드(5)의 하부에는 전방에 범퍼(12)가 결합되어 있고, 상부에 상기 캠로드(5)의 회전 각도 만큼의 곡선이 형성되어 힌지(11)에 의해 회전 가능하게 구성된 브라켓(10)이 결합되어 있는 것을 특징 으로하는 차량용 앞 범퍼 리프팅 장치
