Claims (3)
- 금속 탄성체(11a)(11b)와, 상기 금속 탄성체(11a)(11b)의 하부에 각각의 분극방향을 상호 반대로 하여 적층된 복수의 전왜 소자(12)들과, 상기 적층된 전왜 소자(12)들의 하단에 연결설치된 T형 금속 탄성체(11c)와, 상기 T형 금속 탄성체(11c)의 수직부 측면에서 부착된 전왜 소자(12)들과, 상기 T형 금속 탄성체(11c)의 하단에 연결설치된 원뿔형 금속 탄성체(11d) 및 금속 볼(13)로 이루어진 전왜 진동자(10)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전왜형 전기-유압 서보밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 탄성체(11a)(11b)(11c)가 그 사이의 적층 전왜 소자(12)들을 향한 면에 구멍(16)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전왜형 전기-유압 서보밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전왜 소자(12)가 PbMgNbO3또는 PbMgNbO3- PbZnNbO3-PbTiO3로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전왜형 전기-유압 서보밸브.
