Claims (2)
- 판상의 PCB기판(1) 일측과 타측변에 정,부의 두극성을 갖으며 소정의 거리로 이격된 한쌍의 박막패턴(111,112)과, 상기 일측 박막패턴(111)에 안착고정되는 발광칩(C)과, 이 발광칩(C)을 전기적으로 접속하기 위한 와이어(W)가 형성되는 발광다이오드에 있어서, 내면이 상향으로 넓어지는 형태를 취하는 링형 반사턱(113)이 원형 발광부수용홀(21)의 일측벽에 편심된 형태로서 일체구성되는 반사판(2)을 형성하여, 상기 발광칩(C)이 반사턱(113)에 의해 감싸여지는 구조로서 PCB기판(1)상에 겹층결합함을 특징으로 하는 발광다이오드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반사턱(113)에 수용되는 발광칩(C)이 반사턱(113)의 중앙에 위치형성됨을 특징으로 하는 발광다이오드.
