Abstract

본 고안은 기동이 불편한 중환자용 침대에 관한 것으로, 중환자는 화장실이나 세면실에 가기가 매우 어려우므로 환자가 사용하고 있는 침대에 용변기와 세면대를 설치하여, 간호원이나 보호자의 부축을 받아가며 화장실이나 세면실에 갈 필요 없이 간편하게 침대에서 용변을 보거나 세면, 또는 샤워를 할 수 있는 중환자용 다용도 침대에 관한 것이다.

Description

중환자용 다용도 침대 {A bed for a serious case}
본 고안은 중환자용 침대에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는 기거가 불가능하여 화장실에 갈 수 없는 중환자용 침대에 관한 것이다.
어느 정도 기동을 할 수 있는 환자가 화장실을 가고자 할 때는 간호원이나 보호자의 부축을 받아가며 갈 수 있으나 전혀 기동을 못하는 중환자는 침대에서 대소변을 받아내는 수 밖에 없다. 이러한 경우 실내에 악취가 진동할 뿐 아니라 환자가 세면이나 샤워 등도 할 수 없어 청결하여야 할 병실과 침대가 불결하게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 종래에 중환자가 겪고 있는 불편을 해결하여 주기 위한 것으로 침대 내에 공기흡입용 변기를 설치하여 악취 없이 침대에서 용변을 볼 수 있고 아울러 간이 세면기와 샤워시설까지도 갖추어 환자가 청결을 유지할 수 있도록 하는데 본 고안의 특징이 있다.

이하 첨부된 도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 침대의 중앙하부에 양변기(4)가 장착되어 있고 그 상부의 침대 매트(2)에는 침대에서 용변을 볼 수 있도록 양변기의 폭과 일치하는 홀(3)이 천공되고 용변을 보지 않을 때는 접합 테이프(17, 17' ,17')로 착탈할 수 있게 되어있는 홀덮게(16)가 부착된 매트(2)가 있으며 양변기에는 악취제거용 공기 흡입구멍(18)과공기 흡입호스(8) 그리고 급수호스(9) 및 배수호스(7)가 외부로 연결되어 있고 침대의 아래쪽에는 세면할 때 돌려서 쓸 수 있고 샤워할 때 샤워기(6)를 연결할 수 있는 회전식 세면대(5)가 침대봉(12)에 설치되어 있으며, 또한 샤워나 용변시 설치하는 간이 칸막이(13) 및 양변기로 통할 수 있는 배수홀(15)이 천공된 비닐욕조(14)로 구성되어 있어 중환자가 침대에서 용변과 함께 세면과 샤워를 즐길 수 있게 되어 있다.
기동이 불가능한 환자가 침대에서 용변과 세면 및 샤워를 즐길 수 있고 변기에 공기 흡입장치가 설치되어 있어 악취가 나지 않으며, 천막형 칸막이와 비닐 욕조를 간단히 설치하여 환자가 안정된 마음으로 용변이나 샤워를 할 수 있고, 병원이나 가정집에서도 간편히 설치하여 사용할 수 있다.

  1. 환자용 침대에 있어서, 침대의 중앙하부에 양변기(4)가 장착되어 있고 그 상부의 침대 매트(2)에는 침대에서 용변을 볼 수 있도록 양변기의 폭과 일치하는 홀(3)이 천공되고 찰탁식 홀덮게(16)가 부착된 매트(2)가 있으며 양변기에는 악취제거용 공기 흡입구멍(18)과 공기 흡입호스(8) 그리고 급수호스(9) 및 배수호스(7)가 외부로 연결되어 있고 침대의 아래쪽에는 세면할 때 돌려서 쓸 수 있고 샤워할 때 샤워기(6)를 연결할 수 있는 회전식 세면대(5)가 침대봉(12)에 설치되어 있으며, 또한 샤워나 용변시 설치하는 간이 칸막이(13) 및 양변기로 통할 수 있는 배수홀(15)이 천공된 비닐욕조(14)로 구성되어 있어 중환자가 침대에서 용변과 함께 세면과 샤워할 수 있는 중환자용 다용도 침대
