Claims (14)
- 땜납 용착물(9)이 제공되고 상기 땜납 용착물을 납땜함으로써 접촉면(5)과 결합되는 다른 성분(12,13)의 연결면(11)에 연결될 수 있는 적어도 하나의 접촉면(5)을 가지는 적어도 하나의 금속 전도체(3;15)와 얇은 지지 시트(support sheet)(2)를 포함하는 납땜 가능한 전기적 연결 요소로서,상기 땜납 용착물(9)이 제공되고 상기 연결 요소(1)를 꿰뚫는 삽입 편(6)은 상기 접촉면(5)의 영역에서 상기 지지 시트(2)에 단단하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 납땜 가능한 전기적 연결 요소(solderable electrical connection element).
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전도체는 상기 지지 시트(2)에 납작하게 결합되는 전도 트랙(3)의 모양을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 납땜 가능한 전기적 연결 요소.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전도체는 상기 지지 시트(2)에 적어도 기계적으로 결합되는 케이블(15) 모양을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 납땜 가능한 전기적 연결 요소.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 땜납 용착물(9)은 상기 삽입 편(6)에 납땜된 다량의 땜납에 의해 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 납땜 가능한 전기적 연결 요소.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 땜납 용착물(9,10)은 상기 삽입 편(6)에 의해 상기 지지 시트(2)에 기계적으로 고착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 납땜 가능한 전기적 연결 요소.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 땜납 용착물(9)은 상기 전도체(3;15)의 상기 접촉면(5)에 직접적으로 납땜될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 납땜 가능한 전기적 연결 요소.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 삽입 편(6)은 상기 연결 요소(1)에 연결되기 전에 코어(8)와 톱니 모양의 자유 단(free ends)이 있는 분기(branch)를 구비한 대략 U자 모양의 횡단면을 가지며, 상기 삽입 편(6)의 상기 톱니(7)는 상기 연결 요소(1)를 통과하도록 압착되고 그 후 측면으로 꺾어올려지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 납땜 가능한 전기적 연결 요소.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 땜납 용착물(9)은 한편으로 상기 삽입 편(6)의 상기 톱니(7)와 다른 한편으로 상기 지지 시트(2) 또는 상기 접촉면(5) 사이에 일정 길이의 연납 와이어(soft solder wire)(10)를 채워 넣음으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 납땜 가능한 전기적 연결 요소.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 땜납 용착물은 한편으로 상기 삽입 편의 상기 코어와, 다른 한편으로 상기 지지 시트 또는 상기 접촉면 사이에 일정 길이의 연납 와이어를 채워 넣음으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 납땜 가능한 전기적 연결 요소.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 상기 용융된 땜납이 상기 연결면으로 흐를 수 있는 공동(cavity)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 납땜 가능한 전기적 연결 요소.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접촉면(5)을 포함하는 상기 접촉 영역(4)은 접착부(adhesive portion)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 납땜 가능한 전기적 연결 요소.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 적어도 하나의 납땜 가능한 연결 요소(1)를 구비한 특히 글라스 창유리(glass pane)와 같은 윈도우 창유리(window pane)(12)로서,상기 윈도우 창유리는 적어도 그 한 면에 전기 요소를 위한 연결면(11)이 제공되고, 상기 연결면(11)은 땜납 용착물(9)에 의해 상기 연결 요소(1)의 접촉면(5)에 납땜되는, 윈도우 창유리(12).
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 납땜점의 접촉 영역(4)에서, 상기 연결 요소(1)와 상기 윈도우 창유리(12)의 상기 표면 사이에 접착제로 결합된 조인트가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 윈도우 창유리.
- 제 12 또는 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 윈도우 창유리의 표면은 적층 창유리(laminated pane)의 내부면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 윈도우 창유리.
