Claims (8)
- 게이트라인과 데이터라인의 교차부에 설치되는 박막트랜지스터가, 유기 절연막을 사이에 두고 상기 게이트라인과 상기 데이터라인 중 적어도 하나에 중첩되는 화소전극을 구비하는 액정 표시소자에 있어서,상기 유기 절연막은 상기 화소전극에 공급되는 데이터의 신호지연이 최소화 되도록 소정값 이하의 유전상수를 가지는 유기 절연막과,상기 유기절연막 상과 상기 화소전극 간에 소정의 두께 이하로 형성되는 무기 절연막을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유기 절연막의 유전상수가 3.0 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 하는 액정 표시소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유기 절연막은 벤조사이크로부텐(Benzocyclobutene)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 무기 절연막은 접촉층의 두께는 500Å 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자
- 게이트라인과 데이터라인의 교차부에 설치되는 박막트랜지스터가 유기 절연막을 사이에 두고 상기 게이트라인과 상기 데이터라인 중 적어도 하나에 중첩되는 화소전극을 구비하는 액정표시 소자의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 유기 절연막은 상기 화소전극에 공급되는 데이터의 신호지연이 최소화 되도록 소정값 이하의 유전상수를 가지는 유기 절연막을 상기 박막트랜지스터와 화소전극 사이에 형성하는 단계와,상기 유기절연막 상과 상기 화소전극 간에 소정의 두께 이하로 형성되는 무기 절연막을 상기 유기 절연막과 상기 화소전극 사이에 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 액정 표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 게이트라인 및 상기 데이터라인 상의 신호지연이 줄어들게끔 상기 유기절연막의 유전상수를 3.0 이하로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 유기 절연막은 벤조사이크로부텐(Benzocyclobutene)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 유기절연막 상과 상기 화소전극 간에 접촉되는 부분에 접촉력을 증대 시키기 위한 무기절연막을 500Å 이하의 두께로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시소자의 제조방법.
