Claims (10)
- DC성분과 AC성분을 갖는 전압을 집진기의 전극 사이에 나누어 주도록 적용된 체제(regime)에 따라 전력을 집진기에 공급하는 단계와,전극 전압을 측정하고 전압 피크값과 전압 평균값을 수립하는 단계,기대성능지수(IEP)를 형성하기 위해서 상기 피크값을 상기 평균값에 곱하는 단계,상기 체제의 연속적인 증분 편차를 초래하고, 측정과 수립 및 곱하는 단계를 반복해서 상기 편차에 대한 상기 지수의 상관을 수립하는 단계 및,상기 최대 지수에 대응해서 수립된 이들 편차에 따라서 상기 체제를 변경하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 집진기의 동작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, on-시간 및 off-시간에 의해서 AC성분 및 DC성분을 서로 독립적으로 또는 동시에 변화시킴으로써 동작 체제의 변화를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 집진기의 동작 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, on-시간 및 off-시간의 동시에 일어나는 편차가 DC성분을 실질적으로 일정하게 유지시킴으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 집진기의 동작 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, on-시간 및 off-시간의 동시에 일어나는 편차가 AC성분의 진폭을 실질적으로 일정하게 유지시킴으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 집진기의 동작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전력이, 적어도 30kV/ms, 바람직하게는 이보다 높이 집진기 전압을 상승시키도록 적용된 전류 펄스의 버스트로서 전기 집진기에 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 집진기의 동작 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전류 버스트는, 적어도 20kHz, 바람직하게는 이 보다 높은 주파수에서 발진하는 전류 펄스로 구성된 버스트인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 집진기의 동작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전력이 전류 펄스의 버스트로서 전기 집진기에 전달되는데, 각 전류 펄스의 버스트는 코로나 온셋 전압으로부터 최대 정격전압으로 집진기 전압을 상승시키도록 적용된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 집진기의 동작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 편차를 초래하는 단계가 DC성분을 변화시키면서 AC성분을 실질적으로 일정하게 유지시키는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 집진기의 동작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전력이 정전집진기로 단속적으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 집진기의 동작 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전력이, 적어도 10kV/ms, 바람직하게는 적어도 20kV/ms, 특히 적어도 30kV/ms의 비율에 의해 집진기 전압을 상승시키도록 적용된 서지로 전기 집진기에 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 집진기의 동작 방법집진기의 동작 방법
