Claims (6)
- 발전요소를 수납 밀봉하는 케이스와; 상기 발전요소의 한 전극에 연결되고 상기 케이스의 구멍으로 삽입되어 외부로 인출되는 인출단자와; 상기 인출단자와 케이스의 구멍 사이로 채워져 양 부재를 절연 및 실링하는 불소수지를 포함하고; 상기 케이스의 외부로 노출되는 인출단자의 인출부 높이를 1㎜ 이하로 형성하며; 상기 인출단자의 외주면과 케이스의 구멍 내주면과의 사이 간격을 동일하게 형성하고; 상기 발전요소의 다른 전극은 케이스에 전기적으로 연결되게 한 구성을 포함하는 각형 밀폐전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 불소수지는 인출부 높이의 ⅔ 이하의 높이로 형성된 구성을 포함하는 각형 밀폐전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 케이스는 각형 캔과, 그 캔의 개구에 용접 결합되며 구멍이 형성된 캡 플레이트를 포함하여 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 각형 밀폐전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 인출단자는 헤드부와, 케이스의 구멍으로 삽입되는 연결부와, 상기 연결부의 단부에 형성되며 케이스의 외부로 노출되는 인출부를 포함하여 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 각형 밀폐전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 인출단자의 연결부는 원형 및 타원형 중에서 하나의 형태로 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 각형 밀폐전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 불소수지는 탄화플루오르, 테트라플루오르에틸렌-퍼플루오르알킬비닐에테르 공중합체 및 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 중에서 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 밀폐전지.
