유류를 분리하는 장치에 있어서, 슬러지분리부(1), 2차유수분리부(2), 3차유수분리부(3), 처리수저장배출부(4), 기름탱크저장실(5), 덮개(6a, 6b)로 구성되어 있고, 2차유수분리부(2)와 3차유수분리부(3) 그리고 처리수저장배출부(4)는 대형 엘보우 관(7a, 7b)에 의하여 기름성분이 적은 하부의 처리수만 흘러가도록 연결되어 있으며, 상기 슬러지분리부(1)에는 착탈가능한 슬러지분리통(1a)과 슬러지차단막(1b)과 오수인입구(1c)와 유흡입관(8a)이 구비되어 있고 이 슬러지분리통(1a)은 5면이 조밀한 망으로 되어 있으며 슬러지차단막(1b)에는 하부에만 조밀한 망이 설치되어 있고, 슬러지분리부(1)와 2차유수분리부(2)와 3차유수분리부(3)에는 유흡입관(8a, 8b, 8c)의 깔대기 모양의 끝이 수면보다 약간 아래에 설치되어 있으며 다른 끝은 기름탱크(9)에 연결되도록 되어 있는데 이 기름탱크(9)에 연결된 유흡입관(8a, 8c)에는 에어가 기름탱크(9) 방향으로 토출되는 에어토출관(10a, 10b)이 연결되어 있고, 처리수저장배출부(4)에는 피브이씨(PVC) 트랩(12)이 연결된 처리수배출관(11)이 구비되어 있으며 기름탱크저장실(5)의 기름탱크(9)에는 하단에 오버플로우관(13)을 연결하여 기름탱크(9)로 흡입된 기름성분이 많은 처리수(유수(油水)) 중에서 기름성분이 적은 아래부분의 처리수(유수(油水))는 순환배수로(14)를 통해 슬러지분리부(1)로 순환하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지와 유류를 분리하는 장치.In the oil separation apparatus, the sludge separation unit (1), the secondary oil water separation unit (2), the tertiary oil water separation unit (3), the treated water storage discharge unit (4), the oil tank storage chamber (5), the cover (6a, 6b), the secondary oil water separator (2), the tertiary oil water separator (3) and the treated water storage discharge portion (4) is the oil component by the large elbow pipe (7a, 7b).
