Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain delivered water of stable water quality by introducing sewage into oil-water sepn. tanks, separating and floating fats and oils, forcibly feeding the floated fats and oils into fat and oil storage tanks and returning only the intermediate water in the fat and oil storage tanks to the oil-water sepn. tanks. CONSTITUTION:The fat and oil storage tanks 7-9 and the oil-water sepn. tanks 7''-9'' are adjacently installed via overflow walls 7'-9' and devices 25-27 which forcibly feed the floated fats and oils to the oil-water sepn. tanks are installed in the fat and oil storage tanks. An intermediate water lifting device 29 is provided between the oil-water sepn. tanks and the fat and oil storage tanks and a filter tank 11 is connected and installed via a water level changer 31 to the fat and oil storage tanks. Namely, the sewage is introduced into the fat and oil storage tanks 7-9 where the fats and oils are separated and floated. The floated fats and oils are forcibly fed into the oil-water sepn. tanks 7''-9'' and only the intermediate water in the oil-water sepn. tanks is returned to the fat and oil storage tanks. As a result, the fats and oils stored in the oil-water sepn. tanks is lowered in moisture content and the amt. of the fats and oils to be discharged and disposed is decreased; in addition, the quality of the delivered water is stabilized.

Then, the air lift pump device 29 is operated to return the intermediate water in the intermediate water tank 12 to the first oil-water separation tank 7 through the return pipe 30, thereby causing the water content of the oils and fats in each of the oils and fats storage tanks 7'' to 9''. In particular, in the present invention, the above-mentioned degrading enzyme is introduced into the oil and fat storage tank 7'' to 9'', which has no flow, so it easily flows out and has no decomposition effect, unlike when it is introduced into the flowing water of a conventional oil-water separation tank. It is economical because it has a long-lasting effect and the amount of input can be significantly reduced without giving rise to any negative expectations.

On the other hand, the tη water flowing into the filtration tank 11 from the water level adjustment tank 10 is further filtered to remove residual oils and fats by the oil tUt filter material 35, and then sent out from the delivery pipe 21 as delivery water of stable water quality.

As is clear from the above, the method of the present invention
Sewage is introduced into an oil-water separation tank to separate and float oils and fats, and the floating oils and fats are forcibly sent to an oil-and-fats storage tank, and intermediate water in the oil-and-fats storage tank is returned to the oil-water separation tank. Therefore, the oils and fats stored in the oils and fats storage tank have a low moisture content, so the amount of extraction and disposal can be significantly reduced compared to the conventional method, and the quality of the delivered water can be stabilized.

Furthermore, according to the apparatus of the present invention, in addition to being able to carry out the above-mentioned method effectively, the delivered water is filtered in the filter tank immediately before being delivered, so the content of oils and fats is extremely low. This results in stable water quality.
