本発明は、事業場廃水、レストランあるいは食堂等の厨
房廃水等の汚水の油水を分離する方法とその実施に直接

を単に引き抜き処分するものであるため含水率が高く、

が低く、したがって、従来の方法にくらべて抜き取り処
分量を著しく少なくでき、かつまた送出水の水質を安定
