Description
본 발명은 여닫는 문을 공간에 조건과 환경에 구애됨 없이 설치하여 출입을 자유롭고 합리적으로 할 수 있도록 하여 편리함을 크게 향상 시키고자 하는 이중문틀 좌우 양측 개폐문 고정 장치에 관한 것이다. 언제나 설정된 방향만으로 열거나 닫는 고정된 방법을 탈피하여 순간적 필요에 따라 반대측도 열고 닫을 수 있는 기능을 두게 하였다.The present invention relates to a double door frame left and right both sides opening and closing door fixed device to improve the convenience by installing the opening and closing door in the space without regard to the conditions and environment to freely and reasonably. 본 발명은 상기에서와 같은 불편한 점을 효과적으로 대체하기 위하여 안출한 것이다. 좁은 통로나 협잡한 공간 또는 주어진 상황에 따라 우측 또는 좌측 어느 측이라도 순간 합리적인 선택으로 사용할 수 있도록 하여 효율성을 높이고 편리함을 최상으로 제공하도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은 하나의 문에 이중 구조로 된 문틀을 설치하여 일측은 외문틀과 내문틀을 접지 할 수 있도록 경첩을 설치하고 반대측은 내문틀과 문을 접지 할 수 있도록 경첩을 부착 시켰으므로 일측을 열게되면 내문틀과 그 속에 갇힌 문이 동시동반개문(열림)이 되고 반대측을 열면 문만 개문이 된다. 또한 일측이 열리게되면 내외 스토퍼가 연결된 제어 장치로 인해 반대측은 동시에 열릴 수 없도록 동작을 제한시키도록 했으며 양측이 닫힌 상태의 제어 장치는 늘 중립상태가 되도록 하였다.The present invention has been made to effectively replace the inconvenience as described above. 이하 본 발명의 실시예를 첨부 도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 도 3은 본 발명 이중문틀 양측개폐 고정장치의 일부분 투명 사시도로서 하나의 문(18)에 2중으로 된 내외문틀(3)(4)을 감싼 뒤 좌측은 외문틀(4)과 내문틀(3)을접지할 수 있도록 경첩(5)을 부착하여 개문(열림)시 문(18)과 내문틀(3)이 동반을 이루어 도 9b 에서와 같이 함께 열려지게 하였고 반면 우측은 내문틀(3)과 문(18)을 바로 접지되게 경첩(5)을 부착시켜 도 9b에서와 같이 기존의 문(18)처럼 개문할 수 있도록 하였다. 동시에 개문이 되지 않기 위해 도 7a 도 7b에서와 같이 제어 구조 장치를 두어 우측을 개문하려고 손잡이(11)를 틀게 되면 제어링(12)의 회전으로 열고자 하는 우측의 노리봉(17)을 밀어 주게되며 노리봉(17)은 다시 내 문틀(3)속에 독립되게 내장된 도어 스토퍼(8)의 잠금을 풀어 동작시킬수 있도록 하였고 동시에 제어링(12)의 회전 동작으로 제어링(12)의 완만한 곡선에 미끌린 제어봉(16)이 좌측 제어링(12)의 링홈(13)속으로 잠입되므로 좌측의 개폐 동작기능을 차단시키도록 하였다. 또한 문(18)을 열게 되면 문(18)과 내문틀(3) 상단 중앙에 이중으로 포개어 위치시킨 내외 스토퍼(6)(7)를 도6a 에서와 같이 열림과 동시 튀어 나오게 하므로 연결된 스토퍼봉(15)과 제어구(22)를 상행 작동시켜 제어구(22)로 유동되도록 삽입시킨 제어봉(16)가운데 수평톱니(19)를 물어 정지시켜주며 우측이 개문된 후에도 좌측의 제어기능은 풀리지 않으며 우측을 닫은 후에야 모든 제어 기능이 해제가 되며 균형 스프링(20)에 의해 제어봉(16)은 제 위치로 환원이 되고 닫힌 상태는 늘 중립이 되도록 했다. 내외 스토퍼(6)(7)의 특성은 내문틀(3)을 동반한 우측의 개문시에는 2중구조로 포갠 상태가 동시에 튀어 나오지만 좌측으로 개문 시키게 되면 문(18)만 열리게 되므로 도6b 에서와 같이 문(18)에 달린 내스토퍼(6)만이 독립적으로 튀어 나오게 된다. 우측은 내문틀(3)을 동반한 개문이며 좌측은 문(18)만 개문되어지는 본 발명의 구조상 도어스토퍼(8)는 일측을 내문틀(3)에 설치한다면 반대측은 반드시 문자체에 설치하도록 해야 양측 개폐가 이루어 질수가 있다. 도4a 도4b도4c도4d에서와 같이 고깔형을 가로로 눕혀 만든 도어스토퍼(8)는 내외 문틀(3)(4)과의 잠입과 탈출을 용이하도록 하였다. 도8a 도8b는 한 개의 손잡이(11)를 문(18)중앙에 설치하여 손잡이(11)의 고정되게 부착된 걸림턱(14)을 제어봉(16)과 유동되도록 걸림고리(21) 사이에 위치시켜서 손잡이(11)룰 우측으로 틀게되면 우측에 운동이 전달되어 우측이 열리고 동시 반대측은 단절이 되며 손잡이(11)를 좌측으로 틀면 좌측이 개문됨과 동시 역시 반대측은 단절이 되도록 하였다.Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
