Claims (1)
- 이격 관계로 교대로 적층되는 다수의 제 1 열흡수성 판과 다수의 제 2 열흡수성 판을 포함하고, 인접하는 제 1 및 제 2 판의 사이에 열교환 유체가 유동하기 위한 다수의 통로를 제공하는, 열교환기용 열전달 조립체로서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 판 각각은,(a) 서로에 대해 평행하게 연장되고 거리 Pn 만큼 이격되며 인접하는 판 사이에 스페이서를 형성하는 다수의 양방향 돌출 노치로서, 이들 노치 각각은 상기 판의 일측부로부터 외측으로 돌출되는 제 1 로브와 상기 판의 다른 측부로부터 외측으로 돌출되는 제 2 로브를 구비하고, 상기 일측부상의 로브의 상부로부터 다른 측부상의 로브의 밸리로의 노치의 개구가 On 인 노치와,(b) 상기 노치 사이에서 이들 노치에 대해 각도 Au 로 연장되고 하나의 파형부의 상부로부터 인접한 파형부의 밸리로의 개구 Ou 를 갖는 다수의 파형부를 포함하며,열적 성능을 최적화하고 열전달 조립체의 체적과 중량을 최소화하기 위해 Ou/On 비율은 0.3 이상 0.5 이하이고, Pn 은 2인치(5.08 cm) 이상이며, Au 는 20°이상 40°이하이고, 인접하는 판상의 파형부는 상기 노치에 대해 반대의 각도로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전달 조립체.
