Claims (13)
- 호스트 항공기용 인접 편대 충돌 방지 시스템과 함께 사용되는 디스플레이 장치에 있어서,호스트 항공기의 항공기 위치결정 정보로 구성되어 있는 브로드캐스트 데이터를 생성하고 전송하는 데이터 링크 응답기 수단;다른 항공기내에 위치된 제 2 데이터 링크 응답기 수단으로부터 브로드캐스트 데이터를 수신하여 처리하는 상기 응답기 수단과 통신 상태로되어 나머지 항공기에 대하여 호스트 항공기의 상대적인 항공기 위치결정을 판별하는 교통 경보 및 충돌 방지 시스템(TCAS); 그리고특정타입의 침입기에 따라 기호로 특징되는 나머지 항공기의 상대속도와 상대위치로 구성되어 있는 브로드캐스트 데이터를 호스트 항공기 조종사에게 디스플레이하는 디스플레이 수단으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 응답기 수단은 모드 선택 데이터 링크 응답기인 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 브로드캐스트 데이터는 자동 종속 감시 브로드캐스트(ADS-B) 데이터인 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 브로드캐스트 데이터는 전지구위치파악시스템(GPS) 데이터인 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 브로드캐스트 데이터는 모드-S 스쿼터 데이터인 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.응답기가 설비된 호스트 항공기용 패스브 편대 내부 위치결정 충돌 방지 시스템으로부터 획득된 정보를 디스플레이하는 디스플레이에 있어서,항공기 위치로 구성되어 있는 브로드캐스트 데이터를 생성하는 데이터 링크 응답기;상기 응답기로부터 브로드캐스트 데이터를 수신하여 처리하는 상기 응답기와 통신 상태로된 교통 경보 및 충돌 방지 시스템(TCAS);상기 TCAS 컴퓨터와 통신상태로, 상기 TCAS 컴퓨터로부터 브로드캐스트 데이터를 수용하여 이 브로드캐스트 데이터를 근거로 조종 명령을 생성하는 미션 컴퓨터 유니트;조종 명령에 응답하여 호스트 항공기에 대하여 자신을 위치결정시키는 적어도 하나의 다른 응답기가 설비된 항공기에 조정 명령을 전송하여 처리하도록 상기 미션 컴퓨터와 통신 상태인 통신 링크;특정타입의 침입기에 따라 기호로 특징되는 나머지 항공기의 상대속도와 상대위치로 구성되어 있는 브로드캐스트 데이터를 호스트 항공기 조종사에게 디스플레이하는 디스플레이 수단으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, TCAS 컴퓨터 수단은 패스브한 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 다른 응답기가 설비된 항공기는 유일한 모드-S 어스레스 식별기에 의해 식별되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 브로드캐스트 데이터는 종속 감지 브로드캐스트(ADS-B) 데이터인 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 브로드캐스트 데이터는 전지구위치파악시스템(GPS) 데이터인 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 브로드캐스트 데이터는 모드-S 스쿼터 데이터인 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.서로에 대하여 항공기 비행 편대를 위한 패시브 충돌 방지 방법으로부터 획득된 항공기 조종사 정보로 보여주는 방법에 있어서,항공기 위치로 구성된 브로드캐스트 데이터를 생성하여 전송하는 응답기를 제공하는 단계;응답기로부터 브로드캐스트 데이터를 수용하여 처리하기 위해 상기 응답기와통신 상태로 호스트 항공기에 탑재된 교통 경보 및 충돌 방지 시스템(TCAS) 컴퓨터를 제공하는 단계; 그리고다른 항공기의 상대 속도를 포함하는 브로드캐스트 데이터를 조종사에게 보여주는 디스플레이를 제공하는 단계로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, TCAS 컴퓨터와 통신 상태로된 미션 컴퓨터를 제공하는 단께;브로드캐스트 데이터를 처리하는 단계; 그리고처리된 브로드캐스트 데이터를 조종사에게 선택적으로 디스플레이하는 단계로 더 구성되어 있는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 침략기가 미리정해진 파라메터의 항공기 비행 편대을 침투할 때 항공기의 조종사에게 경보하는 단계로 더 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 브로드캐스트 데이터를 처리하는 단계는 타깃 레인지, 레인지 레이트, 상대 고도, 고도 레이트를 계산하고, 항공기가 호스트 항공기의 미리 정해진 영공에 침입하였는지의 여부를 판별하도록 응답기로부터 수신된 브로드캐스트 데이터를 가지는 단계로 더 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
