The rack bar and the bellows pipe are repeatedly actuated with operating the steering wheel, and the force is continuously applied to the sleeve combined with the assembling part of the rack tube. The sleeve is prevented from being pushed or moved with distributing the force to the protruded end of the sleeve and the containing groove of the assembling part.
